The tasks you'll perform
- Plan, develop and implement HSEC related plans, process, and procedures, as required, to enable the efficient management of the Project and ensure HSEC targets and reporting are met.

What are my responsibilities?
- You will oversee all on-site EHS matters, ensuring compliance with Siemens policies and local/international EHS regulations throughout project execution.
- You will conduct regular site inspections and risk assessments, identifying hazards and implementing corrective actions to promote a zero-harm culture.
- You will monitor, track, and report EHS metrics, incidents, and performance indicators, escalating non-compliances and sharing improvement opportunities.
- You will lead or support incident investigations, conduct root cause analysis, and drive the implementation of preventive measures across the site.
- You will coordinate EHS-related permits, ensure all required certifications are in place, and liaise with relevant authorities, clients, and contractors.
- You will deliver safety inductions, facilitate EHS trainings, lead emergency drills, and ensure training records are maintained in line with audit requirements.
- You will support audits, evaluate contractor EHS performance, and contribute to strategic initiatives that enhance the site’s EHS maturity.
- You will actively foster collaboration across internal teams, customer representatives, and external stakeholders to maintain high standards of EHS excellence.
What do I need to qualify for this job?
- You hold a Bachelor's degree in Electrical, Mechanical, Civil, or a related Engineering field.
- You possess certifications in IOSH Managing Safely, ISO 45001 & 14001 Lead Auditing, Basic/Advanced First Aid, and NEBOSH International General Certificate (IGC) in Occupational Health and Safety.
- You bring 3-5 years of relevant Health & Safety experience, ideally on large infrastructure or rail projects, with solid knowledge of ISO 45001 and ISO 14001 systems.
- You have hands-on experience with incident investigations, risk assessments, and permit-to-work systems in both greenfield and brownfield settings.
- You are fluent in English (written and spoken), and additional regional languages (Arabic and Hindi) are a plus.
- You have excellent communication, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to work independently in fast-paced environments.
- A valid Oman driving license is required, as the role involves regular travel between project locations.
- Holding a CertIOSH or other relevant professional EHS membership will be considered a strong advantage
- You're willing to be based full-time on-site in Sohar, Oman, with flexibility for project travel as needed.

Key Responsibilities- Conduct in-depth audits of inpatient and outpatient claims to identify irregularities and fraudulent patterns.
- Investigate suspicious claims from providers or insured members and provide reports with findings and recommendations.
- Perform retrospective reviews of claims and recommend recovery actions where applicable.
- Utilize clinical background and health policy knowledge to evaluate the appropriateness of treatments and billing.
