We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Security Supervisor – Omani National to oversee and coordinate the day-to-day operations of our security team. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring the safety and security of guests, staff, and property by supervising security personnel, enforcing security policies, and responding to incidents efficiently. As a key member of the team, you will also support the development of local talent in alignment with Omanization goals.
YOUR DAY-TO-DAY:
- Supervise, schedule, and coordinate the activities of the security team to ensure round-the-clock coverage.
- Monitor security systems (CCTV, access control, alarm systems) and respond to security breaches, emergencies, or suspicious activity.
- Conduct regular patrols of the property to identify and address potential security and safety risks.
