On behalf of our client, a growing Real Estate Development company in Muscat, we are seeking an experienced and results-driven Head of Sales to lead sales division and drive the successful commercialization of real estate portfolio. The ideal candidate will bring strategic leadership, a proven track record in real estate sales, and the ability to build, inspire, and manage a high-performing team.
Key Responsibilities:
• Develop and execute sales strategies to meet ambitious growth targets
• Lead, manage, and inspire the sales team
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and investors
• Oversee pre-sales, launches, and market expansion
Requirements:
• 8+ years in real estate sales, with leadership experience
• Strong knowledge of the Oman real estate market (GCC experience preferred)
• Proven ability to meet and exceed sales targets
• Fluent English (Arabic is a plus)
