He should be able to study the assembly drawings, control schematic of switchgear Panels and wire the panels as per the circuit drawing.
Should be able to mount the components required for different starter modules like, DOL, Star-Delta, Low Speed - High Speed motor controls, and do the wiring. Able to assemble small panels independently with assembly, wiring.
