Search Engine Marketing Specialist duties and responsibilities:
- Plan, develop, and implement our SEO strategy.
- Work towards organic search optimization and ROI maximization.
- Design Posts for Social Media Platforms.
- Build and execute social media strategy through competitive research, platform determination, benchmarking, and audience identification.
- Generate, edit, publish, and share daily content (original text, images, video, or HTML) that builds meaningful connections and encourages community members to take action.
- Set up and optimize company pages within each platform to increase the visibility of company's social content.
- Moderate all user-generated content in line with the moderation policy for each community.
- Create editorial calendars and syndication schedules.
- Continuously improve by capturing and analyzing the appropriate social data/metrics, insights, and best practices, and then acting on the information.

**Your Day to Day:**
Marketing & Communication Manager responsibilities is to be the custodian of the Indigo's digital strategy, public media, and web imagery. Assist in the formulation of strategies to build a lasting digital connection with consumers. In addition to developing and enhancing the property's content and sustainability efforts and executing developmental and environmental initiatives in the property.
1. Assist in producing our marketing strategy, reports and driving digital materials.
2. Plan and monitor the ongoing company presence on social media channels and all online channels including third party websites.
3. Measure performance of digital marketing channels on a monthly, quarterly, and yearly basis.
4. Acquire insight into online marketing trends and keep strategies up to date.
5. Develop new marketing initiatives such as new social media content, events, or crossover collaborations to strengthen engagement with target audience.
6. Maintain consistency and brand presence on all online channels.
7. Track online reputation and update brand website for the Resort.
8. Liaise with the PR agency and marketing HQ team to ensure that tasks are completed and delivered within the deadline.
9. Other tasks and responsibilities assigned by the General Manager.
10. Come up with ideas, create detailed plans, and build relationships with partner organizations.
11. Implement and coordinate a range of activities and initiatives, which are designed to have a positive impact on the environment and local communities.
12. Contributes to the morale and team spirit of the hotel by maintaining effective relationships with hotel colleagues.
13. Performs any additional duties as directed by the General Manager.
14. Stays current with developments in the field of communication sustainability and makes appropriate suggestions and recommendations.
15. Is fully conversant with all health and safety, fire and emergency procedures.
16. Always maintain a very high standard of personal hygiene, dress code and demeanor.
17. Polite and professional in any situation, particularly where the image and reputation of the hotel are represented.
18. Attends meetings and training as required.
19. Ensure that all activity is carried out honestly, ethically and within the parameters of local Law.

+ Bachelor's degree in marketing, Business Administration, or related field; master's degree is a plus.
+ Proven experience in marketing management within the hospitality industry, with a focus on guest experience and responsible business.
+ Strong financial acumen and experience in managing marketing budgets.
+ Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to inspire and lead a diverse team.
+ A creative mindset with a strong understanding of content marketing and brand management.
+ Knowledge of sustainable business practices and corporate social responsibility.
