Role Overview:
We are seeking a creative and proactive Junior Designer to join our team in Muscat. This is a hands-on, strategic role for someone who can translate complex ideas into compelling visual designs. The designer will support internal and external projects—developing brand identities, client reports, business development proposals, and event-related materials.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the creation of visual assets including brand identities, logos, and marketing collateral
- Design high-quality client reports, pitch decks, and business development proposals
- Develop event materials such as banners, stage designs, invitations, and digital visuals
- Collaborate with communications, BD, and project teams to ensure cohesive messaging
- Uphold and evolve AWJ’s visual identity across all formats
- Ensure all designs are aligned with strategic and professional standards
- Utilize Adobe Creative Suite and other design tools daily
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Design or a related field
- Strong skills in visual design, branding, and communication
- Experience designing for corporate materials, reports, and events
- Excellent typography, layout, and attention to detail
