Develop and implement electrical reliability strategies, perform advanced condition monitoring, and lead initiatives to enhance electrical system performance and extend the remaining useful life of electrical assets. Design and execute condition monitoring programs and implement predictive maintenance strategies with advanced analytics
Minimum Requirement- 12+ years of relevant experience in similar role specifically substations, power generation, or distribution
- Proficiency in condition monitoring techniques such as thermography, partial discharge analysis, and insulation resistance testing.
- Experience in working with online and offline monitoring systems.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and provide actionable insights.
- Broad understanding of relevant process on upstream plants & applicable codes & standards and project specifications.

- Maintain records of equipment history, maintenance activities, and reliability metrics.
- Implement predictive maintenance strategies using advanced analytics, machine learning, and reliability models
