Duties And Responsibilities- Ensure that all guests are greeted courteously and attentively.

- Answer outlet telephone courteously and efficiently as specified in department standards.
- Take order from any food & beverage outlet menus.
- Inspect condition and cleanliness of menus and wine list.

- High school diploma or equivalent and at least 1-3 years restaurant experience in a full-service outlet or similar setting. Hospitality diploma/degree from a recognized hospitality school is preferred.
- Alcohol awareness certification and/or food service permit or valid health/food handler card as required by local or state government agency.
- I have an excellent command of written and spoken English, and I am able to live in a remote location for extended periods of time and travel on single status.

- Welcome and serve guests in restaurants, bars, or lounges with professionalism and attention to detail
- Present menus, take orders, and ensure timely delivery of food and beverages
- Maintain cleanliness and high hygiene standards at all times
- Handle guest requests and resolve issues to ensure guest satisfaction
- Maintain knowledge of all food and beverage items offered, including ingredients and dietary restrictions
- Upsell food and beverage options to enhance the guest experience
- Follow company service standards and sustainability guidelines
- Collaborate with kitchen and service teams for smooth operations
- Education: Minimum high school diploma; hospitality training is a plus
- Experience: 1–2 years in a similar role within luxury hotels or fine dining environments
- Language: Fluent English required; additional languages like Arabic, French, or Russian are a plus
- Age: 21–35 years preferred
- Skills: Excellent communication, customer service, and teamwork
- Other: Valid passport, physically fit, well-groomed, and adaptable to resort lifestyle
- Monthly Salary: OMR 200 – 350 (Approx. USD 520 – 910), based on role and experience
- Service Charge & Tips: Shared among staff monthly, significantly boosting income
- Accommodation: Staff housing provided within resort grounds
- Meals: Free meals during duty hours
- Transport: Provision to/from resort
- Visa and Work Permit: Sponsored by Six Senses
