Mobilizing and managing the IFM contract for client offices (internationally renowned).
Manage a team of housekeeping, maintenance, admin, pantry services.
Supervise administrative services, skilled technical/support staff. Hire, evaluate, train, discipline, and recommend dismissal of staff as necessary.
Plan, organize, maintain, and manage the operations and reliability of facilities and general infrastructure systems. Establish and monitor preventative maintenance processes and programs, and conduct facility inspections for ongoing review of maintenance work.
Deal with emergency issues that arise.
Formulate plans for the future.
Plan replacements and repairs when required.
Liaise with third-party contractors for inspections and certifications of assets at various locations.
Monitor and oversee external contractors to ensure compliance with agreements and satisfactory completion of work.
Collect and analyze complex data, including utility costs and usage. Perform statistical analysis and summarize findings in reports or other communication mediums.
Participate in meetings, committees (including chairing), task forces, and related groups to communicate information regarding services, programs, opportunities, and other relevant topics.
Ensure self-awareness and compliance with company QHSE policies and procedures.
Fully comply with HSE standards.
Raise HSE/hazard awareness by actively participating in reporting near misses, unsafe acts, and conditions.
Ensure adherence to NEWREST WACASCO policies, including HSE, Quality, Food Safety, Drug & Alcohol, safe work procedures, and HR policies.
Ensure all materials and equipment are not left in a dangerous state.
Manage all assigned facilities to achieve KPI performance targets, monitor SLAs, identify potential challenges, and plan corrective actions or best practices accordingly.
Perform any other facilities management-related activities.
Fluent in Mandarin and English.
Minimum 5 years of proven experience in soft and hard facilities management services in a building or office environment.
Experience managing properties larger than 5000 sqm or with over 300 end-users.
Experience managing a team of more than 10 people.
Effective people management skills are required.
Strong sense of teamwork and attention to detail.
Good financial acumen, ability to work within a budget.
Strong analytical, problem-solving, organizational, and presentation skills.
Self-motivated with a constant pursuit to improve service efficiency and quality.
