Lead the Nimmar - C Project team and shall be responsible for the complete execution of the project within the scope, quality, cost, and timelines.
Interact with the Client and Subcontractors to resolve project-related issues and obtain approvals required at various stages of the project, till completion.
Review the project execution plan, take corrective and preventive measures, and report to the Construction Manager/Management.

Direct and assist the site planning team to prepare the different schedules for smooth implementation of the project.
Identify, evaluate, and engage the local vendors/partners for the execution of the project as per the directive given by the Construction Manager.
Monitor and control the project schedule and the quality requirements.
Ensure that safety and quality standards are followed to meet the client specifications as well as local authorities.
Ensure compliance with company policies regarding the execution, control, monitoring, and handing over of the project.
Ensure the project is effectively resourced and manage relationships with a wide range of groups (including all project contributors).
Implement HSE policies at all times and levels of the execution of the project.
Attend various project review meetings with the client, contractors, site management, and corporate management.
Control and report any project non-compliance to the Construction Manager and implement corrective actions as and when required.

Timely follow up with the concerned authorities for the smooth delivery of project deliverables, including that of materials, machinery, tools, and tackles.

Maintain a project-specific monitoring and reporting system as directed by the Construction Manager.

Information Technology and Services - Muscat, Oman

The Ministry of Transport, Communications and Information Technology, Oman signed three strategic agreements related to roads, ports, and maritime services. The step is pursuance of efforts to enhance the quality and efficiency of road infrastructure and develop ports and maritime services.

The agreements were signed by Eng. Said Hamoud Al Ma’awali, Minister of Transport, Communications and Information Technology.

The first agreement, signed with Galfar Engineering and Contracting , includes the implementation of a 30-km long Izki-Nizwa dual carriageway project in A’Dakhiliyah Governorate.

Inked with Manji International Ports, the second agreement aims to boost the ports sector by investing in the design, construction, management, and operation of a port for transporting quarry products in the Wilayat of Shaleem W’Al Halaniyat Islands.

The third agreement deals with devising an investment framework for the operation, management and development of ship supply and crew change activities at Port Sultan Qaboos.

Signed with Omani Integrated Logistic Services (ILS Oman) company, the agreement seeks to achieve the Ministry’s plans to develop Omani ports, enhance the role of Port Sultan Qaboos in consolidating the maritime sector and accelerate development at the port by attracting commercial activities that align with the port’s primary function as a tourist destination.

Construction Project Manager


As a Construction Project Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing all aspects of construction projects in Salalah, ensuring their successful completion within budget and on time. You will be working closely with architects, engineers, contractors, and other stakeholders to ensure the smooth progress of the project and adherence to quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:
