The role involves:
- Managing a professional support team, including skills development and performance management

- Acting as the escalation point for customers and addressing escalations appropriately
- Maintaining accountability for customer satisfaction

Ideal candidates will have:
- Extensive CLI experience with Linux at a technical level (Support, Development, Implementation)

- Knowledge of Linux Desktop, OpenStack, Public Cloud, or Virtualization technologies

- Provide customers with insights and recommendations to optimize their operations by analyzing system data.

- Conduct training sessions for clients to ensure effective use of our solutions.
- Conducting internal training for the team to enhance the quality and build up teamwork
- Conduct usability testing to gather valuable insights for enhancing the user experience.
- Work closely with the development team to ensure that software tools meet quality standards.
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering, computer science, or a related field.
- Proven experience in hardware and software technical support, preferably in fleet management or a related industry.
- Strong knowledge of GPS devices and vehicle accessories.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Experience with Teltonika devices and Zoho Ticketing system is a plus.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and tasks simultaneously.
- willingness to travel for on-site installations and support when necessary.
- Availability to provide support during weekends, post-working hours, and public holidays in case of emergencies.

- Assign ticket priority, urgency, Category, and other details that are mentioned in the signed agreement clauses

Overview
Purpose of the Role: To lead, manage, and oversee the technical and planning functions for large-scale marine and heavy civil construction projects. The role ensures that all engineering and planning activities are executed efficiently, safely, and in alignment with project goals, timelines, and regulatory standards. The manager will coordinate multidisciplinary teams, optimize resource allocation, and drive innovation in construction methodologies to deliver high-quality infrastructure solutions in complex marine environments.
Areas of Expertise- Strategic project planning, scheduling, and progress monitoring (Primavera P6 & MS Project)
- Technical design review, method statement evaluation, and engineering coordination
- Resource planning, allocation, and productivity optimization
- Critical path analysis, risk management, and schedule recovery planning
- Integration of technical, commercial, and construction activities
- Coordination of multidisciplinary teams including engineering, procurement, and construction
- 20+ years of experience in technical and planning management for marine, offshore, or heavy civil construction projects
- Proven track record in large-scale EPC, design-build, or turnkey projects
- Experience in integrating technical, commercial, and construction planning activities
- Strong background in schedule development, resource planning, and progress monitoring
- Familiarity with project control systems, risk management, and delay analysis
- Hands-on experience with marine construction methods including dredging, piling, quay walls, and offshore works
- Experience managing multidisciplinary teams and coordinating with clients, consultants, and regulatory authorities
- Strong knowledge of international codes, standards, and best practices in marine and heavy civil construction
- Strong leadership and team management, with the ability to coordinate large multidisciplinary teams
- Analytical skills for schedule analysis, delay evaluation, and resource optimization
- Proficiency in project management software and reporting tools
- Effective communication and stakeholder management skills
- Mentoring and development of junior planners and engineers
- Ability to work in offshore, coastal, and challenging construction environments
- Develop, implement, and maintain project schedules, ensuring alignment with project milestones and deadlines
- Lead technical review and approval of designs, drawings, and method statements
- Monitor project progress, identify deviations, and implement corrective actions
- Coordinate with project managers, engineers, and contractors to ensure technical and planning objectives are met
- Conduct critical path analysis, resource leveling, and productivity assessments
- Prepare and present regular reports on project progress, delays, and mitigation measures
- Implement best practices in risk management, schedule control, and project documentation
- Support claims analysis, delay assessment, and dispute resolution from a planning perspective
- Mentor and develop junior planning and technical staff
