Key Responsibilities:
- Provide Level 1 technical support / trouble shooting for cybersecurity products and services, including firewalls, intrusion detection/prevention systems (IDS/IPS), Proxy, SASE, Vulnerability Management solution , and endpoint security solutions
- Some examples could be any of these vendors - Trellix, Cybereason, CrowdStrike, Forcepoint DLP and Web security, Skyhigh, Forta, Thales, Imperva, Rapid 7, Qradar, Tenable, Netskope, Palo Alto, Fortinet, etc
- Act as a first point of contact for customer-reported issues, accurately diagnosing problems and providing effective, timely solutions.
- Document all support interactions, troubleshooting steps, and resolutions in a ticketing system to build a comprehensive knowledge base.
- Collaborate with engineering and product development teams, vendors to escalate complex issues, provide feedback on product performance, and contribute to future product enhancements.
- Assist clients with the installation, configuration, and maintenance of cybersecurity software and hardware.
- Conduct routine Security solution health checks.

Qualifications:

- Experience with a variety of operating systems, including Windows, macOS, and Linux.

- Assist in Chemical Blending Facility, preparation of additive solutions, chemical mixing process, filling of finished products into drums/IBCs/ISO Bulk.
- Take samples of raw material and finished product chemicals, for physical and chemical measurements subject to quality control procedure.
- Field Visits with Chemical Engineer to Monitor, troubleshoot and optimisation of all chemical application programs, providing daily updates on performance.
- Provide on-site support with dosing, measuring, testing and chemical application assurance.
- Organise regular production chemistry reviews and current product
selection ensuring it meets the Company's needs

Reporting to the Construction Manager, the Lead Field Engineer will:
- Provide specialist mechanical advice and input and resolve any mechanical related queries from the site construction team.
- Provide proficient and accurate design input to produce mechanical drawings. Adopt and follow various work procedures, systems, practices, plans and protocols to ensure deliverables are met to a high-level of accuracy.
- Ensure all dealings with Client, Vendors and other external stakeholders are professional and in line with ethos of the business.
- Work collaboratively with personnel across all business units.
The tasks you'll perform
- Ensure site construction is carried out to a high standard in line with Company, Client, regulatory and contractual requirements.
