Votre profil :
- Formation supérieure BAC+4/5 avec une expérience d’au moins 8 ans en développement, suivi de projets digitaux, stratégies de communication ou marketing.
- Passionné·e par le digital, à l’écoute des tendances et modèles de communication et consommation.
- Forte sensibilité au marché des cosmétiques et du luxe.
- Organisation solide, bon relationnel, écoute, capacité d’adaptation.
- Dynamique, créatif, structuré, stratégique, esprit d’équipe.
- Excellente communication orale et écrite, maîtrise de l’anglais.

Dans le cadre du fort développement de son activité Éducation, UNOWHY recherche au sein de la Direction Marketing un(e) Chef de Projet Marketing Digital Junior, pour une alternance d’un an à partir de septembre 2025.
Description du poste
Rattaché(e) à l'équipe Marketing composée de 9 personnes motivées et bienveillantes, il/elle évoluera sous la responsabilité du Responsable Marketing Digital au sein du pôle digital composé de 5 personnes.
Il/Elle participera activement au développement de la notoriété du groupe UNOWHY et au déploiement de la stratégie de fidélisation auprès de nos clients (collectivités locales, établissements privés) et utilisateurs (enseignants, parents d’élèves et élèves) sur les canaux digitaux adéquats.
Missions principales
- Participer à la gestion de l’écosystème digital web
• Assurer une veille concurrentielle et sectorielle régulière pour identifier les dernières tendances web.
• Enrichir et mettre à jour régulièrement le contenu des sites internet en tenant compte des bonnes pratiques UX/UI.
• Effectuer des reporting mensuels sur les performances des sites web et proposer des optimisations.
• Participer aux projets de refonte web.
- Améliorer le référencement naturel de nos sites web
• Rechercher et mettre en œuvre de stratégies de mots-clés pertinentes.
• Analyser les performances SEO à l'aide d'outils comme SimilarWeb.
- Contribuer au développement de la relation client
• Créer et paramétrer l’envoi de campagnes emailing ciblées en utilisant notre outil de marketing automation Account Engagement.
• Suivre les KPIs des différentes campagnes emailing et ajuster les stratégies en conséquence.
• Contribuer à la mise en place d’outils digitaux de satisfaction clients avec l’équipe terrain et trouver des leviers d’amélioration.
Profil recherchéÉtudiant(e) de niveau bac +4/5, diplôme d’école de commerce ou équivalent université avec une spécialisation en web et/ou marketing digital.
Première expérience professionnelle ou associative de minimum 6 mois.
Connaissance pratique des outils de gestion de contenu (CMS), idéalement Wordpress.
Compréhension des principes de base du SEO et des outils associés, idéalement SimilarWeb.
Capacité à analyser des données via des outils d’analyse web, idéalement Matomo.
La connaissance des outils Wordpress, Salesforce, Pardot et des notions en HTML/CSS sont un plus.
Maitrise du Pack Office et de Canva.
Excellentes compétences en communication écrite et verbale.
Appétence et curiosité pour le secteur de la tech.
Sens du travail en équipe et force de proposition.
Dynamique, rigoureux.se et capable de gérer plusieurs projets en parallèle.
Une sensibilité aux enjeux de conversion et d’expérience utilisateur est fortement appréciée.
Contrat d’alternance temps plein basé à Neuilly-sur-Seine (Métro 1 - Pont de Neuilly).
100% présentiel.
