Responsibilities- Demonstrate a high level of skill in planning Engineering, Procurement, Construction and Project Management projects using computer based planning and scheduling techniques.
- Focal Point for recommending training and development requirements for any subordinate planning personnel.
- Demonstrate Primavera Project Planning software operating expertise.
- Development of resource loaded schedules.
- Coordinate with purchasers concerning critical items of supply.
- Ability to provide and communicate critical path analysis and delay analysis.
- Identify and communicate design changes, scope changes and potential impacts and participate in the identification of mitigations.
- Participation in cash flow forecasts.
- Build strong positive relationships while providing the most recent information to facilitate decision-making.
- In charge of implementing modifications to provide a cost effective planning service within assigned budget constraints.
- Quality Assurance- Supervisor for working within the provisions and guidelines of the Quality Assurance system relevant to the BU, etc
- Demonstrate singular major project planning skills
- Proven ability to communicate effectively with others (verbally, written and meetings).
- Ability to apply Critical Path Method planning techniques to develop detail Engineering and Installation Project networks and schedules.
- Ability to apply Earned Value Management techniques to measure/status and monitor performance.
- Familiarity with the Project Management Body of Knowledge approach to Project Management techniques.
- Proven ability to negotiate, mediate and delegate as well as spearhead a team or participate as a team member.
- Safety – Supervisor for personal safety safe working practices for the BU, etc. comprehend and follow OH&S procedures.
- Comprehend and apply the HSE procedures to ensure safety of self and other workers in the workplace.
- Comprehend and apply the procedures forming the Quality Management System.
- Bachelor's Degree in Engineering or a relevant subject.
- Computer based Project Management Planning experience (especially utilizing Primavera P3/P6 package or equivalent).

- Select and request appropriate materials and equipment for larger WORKS.
- Develop applicable look-ahead work plans for multidiscipline activities.
- Develop and submit weekly look-ahead plans to ensure integration with other plans.
- Plan related activities for all Work Orders/requests in advance, including complex multi-discipline maintenance activities, work scope, and required resources, to ensure proper follow-up and adherence to standard procedures.
Qualification: Degree in a relevant discipline or equivalent.
Experience: More than 3-5 years of planning experience in the petrochemical/oil and gas industry.

- Excellent communication, problem-solving, and risk management skills.
- Engineering, Construction Management, or related degree preferred.
