 - Monitor production performance of key accounts and adjust strategies to ensure targets are met.

WHAT WE NEED FROM YOU:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Hospitality Management, or a related field.
 - Minimum 5 years of progressive experience in hotel sales, with at least 2 years in a leadership or assistant director capacity.
 - Proven track record in achieving and exceeding revenue targets in an upscale hotel or resort environment.
 - Strong understanding of the Muscat and GCC market, particularly in the MICE and corporate segments.
 - Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
 - Proficient in Opera PMS, Delphi, or similar sales systems, and Microsoft Office Suite.
 - Ability to travel locally and internationally for business development.

KEY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Support the Corporate, Government, and Wholesale market segments for the cluster.
 - Manage own accounts secondary to the Cluster Director of Sales key accounts.
 - Conduct a minimum of 40–50 sales calls per month, client entertainments, and site inspections.
 - Record all activities in SFA or CRM.
 - Support Sales Strategic Planning (SSP) of proactive sales team members.
