Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role located in Muscat for a Sales Executive/Business Development Manager in the freight forwarding, warehousing, customs clearance, and transportation sectors. The role involves managing and expanding the customer base, developing and implementing sales strategies, conducting market research, and closing sales. Responsibilities also include liaising with customers to ensure service satisfaction, preparing and delivering presentations, as well as coordinating with internal teams to align sales efforts with the company's logistics capabilities.

Qualifications

  • Experience in sales, business development, and customer relationship management
  • Knowledge of freight forwarding, warehousing, customs clearance, and transportation
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
  • Ability to strategize and implement sales plans
  • Proficiency in market research and data analysis
  • Experience working in logistics and supply chain management is beneficial
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or related field
