Job Summary

We are seeking a CRM & Billing Technical Lead with expertise in Microsoft Dynamics 365 to drive the design, development, and implementation of enterprise CRM and billing solutions. This role requires strong leadership, hands-on technical skills, and the ability to guide teams in delivering scalable, high-performance solutions.

Key Responsibilities

1. Lead the design, architecture, and implementation of Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM and Billing solutions
2. Oversee end-to-end integrations with ERP, payment gateways, customer portals, and other enterprise systems
3. Provide technical leadership to development teams, ensuring best practices in coding, architecture, and performance optimization
4. Manage customizations, configurations, workflows, and plugins within Dynamics 365
5. Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements, design solutions, and define roadmaps
6. Ensure high availability, scalability, and security of CRM & Billing systems
7. Troubleshoot performance issues and oversee system upgrades and patches
8. Work with DevOps teams for CI/CD pipeline automation and deployment management
9. Ensure compliance with regulatory, security, and data protection standards

Requirements

Qualifications & Skills

1. Bachelor's or Master's in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
2. 8+ years of experience in Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM & Billing solutions
3. Strong hands-on experience with C#, .NET, JavaScript, SQL Server, and Azure
4. Knowledge of billing models, invoicing processes, and subscription management
5. Experience with RESTful APIs, SOAP, and integration patterns
6. Familiarity with Agile methodologies (Scrum, SAFe) and DevOps practices
7. Strong problem-solving and leadership skills

Key Deliverables

• Support to Sales team in timely response to customer enquiry.
• Understand the technical requirements of the customer in terms of cable and design the cable as per requirements. And, analyze the customer needs with respect OCI product range & provide the feedback.
• Preparation of BOM (Bill of Materials) of various cable components & verify with specification’s fictitious calculation & manufacturing values.
• Preparation of Inter Company (IC) cable design & offer in CA.
• Checking of CA families, CA item codes & manufacturing instructions prepared by design engineers for Costing & Manufacturing.
• You will be responsible to review & update the raw material specifications.
• Identify all aspects requiring clarification and participate in technical communications and meetings with customers to ensure the customers’ needs can be met and will be met.
• Provide the technical data sheets, drawings, Clarification / Deviation list and other supporting documents as and whenever required by customers.
• Support to ATL team, NPD, DTC & CSI activities.
• Enquiry allocation within team members & monitor the status of enquiries.

• Ensure if final item codes, special instructions & other technical information are provided as per final approved documents.
• Migration of Final CA item codes to SAP.
• Technical Clearance of Sales Order in SAP for manufacturing.
• Review & propose DTC opportunities for strategic Sales Orders.
• Preparation of Technical data & manufacturing instructions for semi-finished cables to the procurement department.

• Review & issue Cable Datasheet, Cross-sectional Drawings & BOM in OCI standard format.
• Maintaining commonly asked Clarification & Deviation list. And work of Deviation points to comply for future enquiry.

• Bachelor’s degree or diploma in electrical engineering.

• Knowledge of various IEC & BS cable’s standard.
• Knowledge of fictitious calculations & manufacturing BOM calculations as per IEC & BS cable’s standard.
• Knowledge of various GCC’s utility specification.
• Knowledge of Cable design & BOM calculations.
• Knowledge of various manufacturing processes related to cable manufacturing.
• Knowledge of CYMCAP software.
• Good understanding of cable design & BOM optimization.

Job Description

Design and develop comprehensive MEP systems, ensuring they meet project specifications and regulatory standards.

Conduct detailed load calculations for HVAC, ELV, plumbing, Firefighting and electrical systems to optimize energy efficiency and performance.

Desired Candidate Profile

Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering from a recognized institution.

Professional certifications such as LEED AP, PMP, or equivalents are highly desirable.

Minimum 5-10 years of hands-on experience in MEP design and project management, preferably in GCC region and Interior design -Fit out sectors.

Proven track record in interior design and fit-out projects

Experience in using design software like AutoCAD, Revit, and other MEP-related tools is essential.

Proficiency in BIM (Building Information Modeling)

Skilled in preparing BOQ, tenders, MEP coordination drawings and other project documentations

Familiarity with local building codes, standards, and safety regulations to ensure compliance and quality.

Strong problem-solving skills coupled with analytical thinking to address complex engineering challenges effectively.

Excellent communication skills in English, with proficiency in additional languages being a plus.

Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple projects simultaneously, demonstrating strong organizational skills.

Senior Project Manager

As Lead Project Engineer, you will be responsible for leading the development of 44.01’s mineralization hubs in Oman, the UAE, and future global locations. This role requires a balance of technical expertise, project management, stakeholder engagement, and innovative problem-solving to deliver safe, scalable, and sustainable CO₂ sequestration solutions.

44.01’s mineralization sites will be designed to sequester thousands of tons of CO₂ annually, integrating Direct Air Capture (DAC), industrial captured CO₂, CO₂ transportation, processing, and permanent sequestration technologies.

This role will require working cross-functionally with engineering, procurement, construction, permitting, and commercial teams, as well as external partners such as DAC technology providers, Point Source Capture (PSC) Technology Providers, emitters, Original Equipment Manufacturers (OEMs), Engineering Procurement & Construction (EPC) firms, and governmental agencies if needed.

• Develop and execute project work plans, engineering packages, and bid proposals for on-surface and sub-surface infrastructure related to CO₂ mineralization.
• Oversee end-to-end project development from feasibility studies to detailed design, procurement, construction, and commissioning.
• Develop risk management strategies and proactively address project challenges, bottlenecks, and stakeholder concerns.
• Coordinate with engineering teams, consultants, and contractors throughout project lifecycles.
• Coordinate technical evaluations, and system integration efforts for DAC, PSC CO₂, biogenic CO₂, processing, and sequestration technologies.
• Manage the scope and delivery of Environmental Impact Assessments (EIA), and ensure projects comply with regulatory and environmental requirements.
• Develop and manage project budgets, cost estimates, and schedules.

1. Plan, organize, and execute Engineering PM and CM for PCD-IT equipment.
2. Respond to PCD P1 and P2 call-outs after working hours if needed to check issues related to PCD Security and advise the remediation plan in accordance with OmanLNG procedures.
3. Update PCD documents required due to routine activities or projects, such as PCD inventory, manual backup logs, restoration logs, user auditing logs, and routine checklists.
4. Support in preparing PCD design specifications and drawings for projects related to PCD cybersecurity.
5. Track Planned Maintenance (PM) execution and coordinate with relevant stakeholders.
6. Support in raising awareness of PCD Cybersecurity within the OmanLNG PCD Community.
7. Ensure all work complies with HSE policies and procedures.
8. Develop specific work instructions and inspection & testing schedules to ensure section compliance, contributing to the Projects department's quality assurance system.
9. Prepare and submit progress reports, cost tracking reports, and issue monthly financial and physical reports per project.
10. Introduce systems and tools to improve complex availability continuously and where possible, in a step change manner.
11. Follow up regularly on the status of all assigned projects and advise on mitigation plans.

Education: Graduate with a BSc in engineering science (Instrument, Electronics).

Experience: Minimum 4 years of experience in the oil and gas industry (minimum 2 years for Sr. Project Engineer).

Specific Skills:

• Proficiency in English (reading, writing, speaking) at IELTS level 4.
• Ability to troubleshoot, analyze, and resolve problems within the discipline.
