Support in fund raising requirements for the bank (Syndicated loan, bilateral, trade loans or others) and come up with other funding solutions through relationship banks. Internal coordination with Treasury and other teams.

Provide updates of news, rating changes, any developments in local, regional and specific assigned markets and circulate to the team on live basis (daily / weekly).

Prepare portfolio updates or performance analysis reports as and when required.

Support other team members in reciprocal and synergy opportunities across other markets and transactions.

Arrange or oversee process for conducting KYC on new or renewal of KYC on correspondent banks.

Lead and oversee process of RMA exchange or account opening (Nostro or Vostro) under respective markets.

Liaise with the operations teams (Payments & Trade) and support for any escalation or follow up matters with the other correspondent banks.

Provide support to other team members and take action on any handovers in case of other team member s absence or other urgent matters.

Job Description:

  1. Manage, conduct and develop account relationships with the portfolio of accounts assigned.
  2. Manage, administer and monitor utilization of credit facilities in corporate accounts and maintain the quality of risk assets.
  3. Conduct periodic reviews of credit files using various data (e.g., balance sheet, projections, BCSB movement, account statistics), preparation/renewal of credit lines, and presentation to appropriate authorities for approval and, upon approval, advise the customer/branch and other operational units.
  4. Documentation/updating of securities, security valuations, renewals of insurance policies, and ensure safe keeping of security documents.

Skills:

  1. Post graduate with professional qualifications and a minimum experience of 5 - 8 years as a Corporate Relationship Manager in a Bank/Financial Institution.

:

To manage a portfolio within the Corporate & Institutional Banking department. The role will focus on maintaining a healthy portfolio and servicing clients' requirements as well as developing the Assistant Relationship Manager (ARM).
