Requirements:

Overview

We have an urgent requirement for Senior QA Engineer – Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM Testing (On-Premise preferred) with strong banking experience for a banking client in Oman.

Strong experience in banking domain is required. Strong experience in Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM Testing (On-Premise preferred) is required. Strong experience in Manual Testing & Test Case Design, API Testing & Integration Validation, and in CRM modules: Sales and Marketing, Customer 360, ClickDimensions, Customer Service is required. The role combines business understanding with technical testing skills to ensure software quality before deployment.

• Execute functional, regression, integration, localization, API, and data migration testing on Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM and related systems.
• Design and implement manual test cases covering positive and negative scenarios.
• Validate external system integrations via REST APIs using Postman or equivalent tools.
• Track and manage defects using JIRA.
• Collaborate with Agile teams including developers, business analysts, and stakeholders.
