- Master's degree in Business Administration or Project Evaluation (desirable).
- PMP or similar certification (desirable).
- At least 5 years of project management experience.
- Minimum 1 year managing software projects, and preferably insurance projects.

The Role

Our H&P Eastern Land, Saudi and International Projects has a rich and growing portfolio of current and future projects covering major rig overhauls, rig startups and reactivations, rig technology upgrades, international rigs moves and new rig fabrication.
Primary responsibilities
- Lead the delivery of project activities within the agreed costs
- Responsible and accountable for project budget and resource allocations
- Ensure overall performance of projects assigned as measure with the Schedule Forecast and Cost Forecast indices
- Work with Head of Land Projects on “central led” or “country led” project classification/ assignment
- Manage delivery of central led project types including- rig fabrication, major refurbishment, international rig moves, major CAT IVs and major rig reactivation projects
- Participate in commissioning and testing of rigs
- Ensure that QA and HSE directives are applied to their project
- Charing project meetings and dedicated decision boards on project tasks
- Own the timely delivery, utilization, storage and archiving of project documentation
- Interface with Country functional teams including Country Managers
- Coordination of technical proposals and utilization of company and industry best practice standards on projects
- Coordinate Operations readiness planning together with rig operations teams
- Support other project managers and mentor Assistant project managers and other members of the projects function and project teams

- Own implementation of corrective actions as appropriate

- Minimize exposure and risk to projects objectives from non-project related activities.

- Participate in other project function tasks to be discussed and agreed on separately with Head of Projects
- Provides support for special duties within the department and organisation as assigned by the Head of Projects
- Work with commercial function team to ensure realistic and achievable timelines and budgets are applied to tender exercises and negotiations with clients.

Experience
- Proven experience in Project Manager, Lead, Engineer, Coordinator or related roles.
- Experience in new rig fabrication, refurbishment, CATIV inspections, and major rig overhauls
- Experience with varied reporting tasks, ranging from information only reports to those utilized for decision making as well as those targeted at senior management.

o Collaborate with the concerned division heads to determine the requirements of the projects and prepare a technical scope of work accordingly.

Our client is seeking an experienced Project Manager (Mechanical) with over 15 years of proven expertise in managing large-scale EPC construction projects for oil storage terminals, tank farms, water treatment systems, and pressure vessel fabrication & erection. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in both brownfield and greenfield projects, with a preference for experience working with Gulf-based clients such as PDO, ADNOC, ARAMCO, and other major operators.

An Applications Project Manager oversees assigned application and systems development projects ofmoderate to high complexity. This position is responsible for assembling the project team, assigningresponsibilities, and managing schedules and resources to ensure timely completion of assignedprojects.Roles & Responsibilities:ï‚· Develop the project schedule and plan to ensure timely completion of the project. Obtainmanagement and client agreement with the project plan and timeline, and advise of anyobstacles or resource needs that may affect completion of the project as planned.ï‚· Develop a scope of work for the application to capture most of the requirementsï‚· Act as a focal point who is responsible to follow up and deal with the application developerthroughout the development of application and post launching.ï‚· Assemble the project team, identify competencies, and assign resources to development tasksappropriate to each individual’s knowledge, skill, and abilities.ï‚· Communicate project goals, monitor project progress, and adjust resources as necessary to keepthe project on track.ï‚· Apply project management tools and tracking systems to manage all aspects of project progress.ï‚· Utilize project resources and serve as an individual contributor to develop programming code orsoftware modifications using appropriate languages and tools to optimize resources and meetfunctional user requirements.ï‚· Utilize project resources and serve as an individual contributor to analyze user system andapplication needs, determine and evaluate potential solutions, develop system specificationsand requirements, and design application programs to meet the requirements.ï‚· Utilize project resources and serve as an individual contributor to design integrated solutionswhich may include applications, databases, networks, and related systems.ï‚· Utilize project resources and serve as an individual contributor to structure, implement, andmaintain database systems. Establish policies, standards and procedures to ensure useful andreadily accessible data.Qualifications & Experience:ï‚· a Bachelor’s degree in information technology or a related field, with four years of experience inrelated positions;ï‚· Technical skill Sets :• Candidates should have managed a minimum of 5 Mobile application projects• Minimum of 3-4 years of experience in mobile application management• Strong in mobile application technologies –Preferably IOS and Android.• Experience of onsite project management using agile methodology is essential.• Understanding of Apple/Android best practices for application development.• Sufficient experience in both management of software projects and functional managementof software development teams.• Develop full-scale project plans and associated communications documents using the Agilemethodology.• Estimate the resources and participants needed to achieve project goals. Set andcontinually manage project expectations with team members and other stakeholders.• Identify and resolve issues and conflicts within the project team.• Identify and manage project dependencies and critical paths.• Develop required materials including technical specifications, project and resource plans,project updates, and presentation materials.• Develop short term and long-term project plans, priorities and objectives• Understanding of available framework(s) for application development on iOS platform.• Flexible and proactive/self-motivated working style with strong personal ownership ofproblem resolution• Ability to multi-task under pressure and work independently with minimal supervision.• Excellent communication skillsKnowledge/skills• Expert knowledge of application operations• Expert abstract reasoning, problem isolation and troubleshooting skills• Good knowledge of ITIL practices• Experienced in working under pressure and tight deadlines

Job Purpose:
As a MICE Project Manager , you will be responsible for leading, coordinating, and executing high-end MICE projects from concept to delivery. You will serve as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring an exceptional standard of service and delivery while collaborating closely with internal teams, suppliers, and stakeholders. This role requires both operational expertise and creative flair, as well as a strong sense of ownership and leadership.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design and manage end-to-end event programs: budget planning, timelines, supplier coordination, logistics, and risk management.
- Serve as the lead client liaison throughout the project lifecycle, ensuring clarity, transparency, and satisfaction at every stage.
- Manage the production of exceptional on-site event execution, including inspections, supplier briefings, logistics coordination, and real-time problem-solving.
- Source, negotiate, and manage contracts with suppliers, venues, and partners to ensure high-quality service delivery and cost control.
- Work cross-functionally with sales, marketing, operations, and finance teams to ensure alignment and optimize project outcomes.
- Monitor and control budgets and invoicing, ensuring financial transparency and project profitability.
- Ensure that all projects meet the brand standards of Magic Travels and the SPICE division.
- Contribute to innovation, product development, and the sharing of best practices across the group.
Education & Experience:
- Minimum of 3–5 years’ experience in MICE project management, preferably within a DMC or events agency.
- Fluency in English and French is required. Arabic is a strong plus.
