- Lead the civil engineering design and construction activities for oil and gas projects, ensuring adherence to industry standards and regulations.

Our Oil & Gas EPC client is seeking Project Managers with 18+ years overall experience in Project Management of large-scale EPC plant construction projects, including refineries, oil storage terminals, tank farms, etc., along with water treatment systems expertise, pressure vessel fabrication & erection. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in greenfield and brownfield projects with any leading EPC's. Must have executed projects above 250 million USD, assuming responsibility of delivery in the capacity of Project Manager.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in the planning, execution, and monitoring of EPC construction projects involving tank farms, oil terminals, water treatment plants, and pressure vessels.
- Ensuring compliance with client requirements, safety standards, and project schedules.
- Coordinate with engineering, procurement, and construction teams to facilitate smooth project progress.
- Review technical documents, including P&IDs, fabrication drawings, and construction methodologies.
- Monitor site activities, quality control, and HSE compliance.

- Expert knowledge in testing and commissioning of Transformers, Siemens Switchgears NXAIR, 8DA10, Sivacon S8 and the protection systems.

- Assess and manage on-site risks and opportunities, ensuring compliance with all relevant standards, regulations, quality benchmarks, and EHS (Environment, Health, and Safety) guidelines.
- A bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering, power engineering, high voltage engineering or a related subject is required.
- Min 5 years’ experience as Commissioning Engineer in O&G Projects.
- Expert Level knowledge of Siemens MV and LV products and power applications. Commissioning Training Certifications in Siemens Transformers, NXAIR, 8DA10 and Sivacon S8 systems and the protection systems is preferred.
