Role Summary
As an integral part of the Consulting/L&D team at Simat, the Senior Consultant will be to provide support in the management and delivery of HR Consulting Projects to the clients of Simat. The incumbent in this role will work closely with both internal and external stakeholders to ensure smooth execution of project activities.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Client/Relationship Management
: Fosters long term mutually beneficial relationship between client organizations and Simat. Is seen as a trusted advisor to mid-level client touchpoints. Is able to fulfil client requests in a timely manner and can co-ordinate with other internal stakeholders to provide an end-to-end solution for client problems. - Project Delivery
: Works on projects of Mid to Large complexity as a team member. Focuses on delivering client value on time with minimum supervision. Strives to exceed client expectations in terms of quality of deliverables. - Project Management
: Manages projects of Mid to large complexity. Co-ordinates with team members to plan and execute project delivery. Ensures the project is delivered on time. - Thought Leadership:
The incumbent will contribute to this through content development, research, and support in organising marketing events, training programs, and workshops. - Business Development:
Understands client requirements, develops proposals, is able to explain to the client the solutions being proposed, and customizes based on feedback. 
QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE
MA in Business Administration, Psychology, Business Management, Human Resources, or a related field; a Master's degree is preferred with 5- 8years of experience, preferably in HR Consulting/L&D /L&D, would be an advantage

Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for an Industrial/Organizational (I/O) or HR Psychologist located in Muscat. We are seeking an experienced Industrial/Organizational (I/O) or HR Psychologist to join our Corporate Wellbeing division. The ideal candidate will be able to deliver high-quality organizational development solutions and run workshops/trainings in Arabic and English.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and deliver engaging corporate workshops, seminars, and training programs in Arabic and English.
 - Develop tailored training content and toolkits for leadership, team development, wellbeing, and organizational change.
 - Conduct needs assessments, employee surveys, and focus groups to identify organizational challenges.
 - Provide evidence-based recommendations to improve workplace culture, employee engagement, and performance.
 - Support organisations with change management, psychological safety initiatives, and mental health awareness.
 - Evaluate program outcomes and prepare impact reports for clients.
 - Build and maintain relationships with corporate clients and key stakeholders.
 
Qualifications
- Master's degree or higher in Industrial/Organizational Psychology, HR Psychology, or a related field.
 - Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in organizational consulting, training, or HR development.
 - Proven track record in designing and facilitating workshops in both Arabic and English.
 - Strong communication, facilitation, and presentation skills.
