We are looking for an experienced Planning Manager to join our EPC team, specializing in solar power projects. The Planning Manager will be responsible for developing, monitoring, and controlling project schedules to ensure successful and timely delivery of large-scale solar EPC projects. The role requires strong expertise in Primavera P6, excellent coordination with multi-disciplinary teams, and proven leadership in project planning within the renewable energy sector.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare, monitor, and update detailed project schedules for solar power projects.
 - Develop baseline programs, progress measurement systems, and recovery plans when required.
 - Coordinate with project managers, engineering, procurement, and construction teams to align schedules.
 - Prepare and present weekly and monthly project progress reports.
 - Identify schedule risks, delays, and propose mitigation strategies.
 - Lead and guide junior planning engineers across multiple projects.
 - Ensure compliance with contractual timelines and client requirements.
 
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Civil, Mechanical, Electrical, or related).
 - 5–8 years' experience in project planning within solar EPC projects.
 - Proficiency in Primavera P6 and MS Project.
 - Strong understanding of EPC workflows, construction methodology, and project controls.
 - Excellent organizational, analytical, and communication skills.

Position Overview:
To develop and optimize the airline's route network to maximize profitability, market presence, and network connectivity. This role involves analyzing market demand, competition, fleet capability, and regulatory frameworks to design sustainable and competitive flight schedules aligned with the airline's strategic goals.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and evaluate new route opportunities based on demand, competition, and profitability.
 - Align network planning with overall corporate strategy, commercial objectives, and fleet planning.
 - Coordinate with airports, slot coordinators, and regulators to secure slots & incentives.
 - Lead business cases for route launches, frequency changes, and cancellations.
 - To create long term business plans as well as annual network budget.
 - Monitor the commercial KPIs vs. set budget.
 - Develop seasonal IATA Summer & Winter schedules (inclusive of Hajj, Umrah & Planned & Ad-hoc Charters) with increased passenger connectivity ensuring optimum utilization of aircrafts.
 - Manage Salam Air slot portfolio, ensure historic slots are maintained and pursue new suitable slots to meet changing demand.
 - Work closely with Sales, Revenue Management, Marketing, and Operations to ensure network plans are realistic, profitable, and well-supported.
 - Working closely with Civil Aviation Authorities to ensure traffic rights are available for future growth.
 - Track competitor route development – fares/km, frequencies and seats/day, aircraft, product etc.
 - Use market/trade/corporate consumer interviews and other Low-Cost Airline growth profiles to establish route classifications by segment.
 - Manage staff and workload to ensure that team operates at maximum efficiency within deadlines.
 
Qualifications & Experience:
- Graduate in any discipline Commerce/Economics

What's On Your Plate?
- This role requires to organise the countries forecasting demand of supplies to stores, POs for replenishment and maintaining availability in the stores
 - Accountable for the overall demand planning/replenishment of Tmart stores and warehouse in Region
 - Ensuring timely and accurate analysis and reporting of inventory and purchase forecasts
 - Provides DP/ replenishment insights and plans/ initiatives to keep availability at par with the management's business plan, accountable for the holding stock value, supplier service level. Ageing stock optimization.
 - Ability to provide solutions and initiatives to solve problems with stocks in the warehouse and stores
 - Guidance to country demand planner and admins to ensure smooth workflow
 - Works closely and guides the commercial and operations pro-actively to ensure supplies and suppliers are not affected.
 - Leading system migrations and ensuring all new tools are on track and suggest actions of automatization to reduce manual work

KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
Strategy & Planning
• Define and execute the F&B strategy aligned with the Guest Experience vision, focusing on premium quality, sustainability, and continuous innovation. 
• Plan menu cycles and beverage programs across cabin classes and lounges, incorporating regional flavors, seasonal ingredients, and evolving culinary trends. 
New Product Development & Innovation
• Lead the creation and launch of new food, beverage, and service concepts that differentiate the brand and delight guests. 
• Partner with renowned chefs, mixologists, and catering partners to introduce signature dishes and beverage offerings. 
• Pilot emerging technologies (e.g., alternative proteins, eco-friendly packaging) to stay ahead of industry trends. 
Cultural & Dietary Considerations

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE:

• Secondary school certificate with 14 years' experience in large-scale menu design, vendor negotiations, cost control and Deep understanding of international culinary cultures and global food-safety regulations.
