The role requires strong expertise in Primavera P6, excellent coordination with multi-disciplinary teams, and proven leadership in project planning within the renewable energy sector.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare, monitor, and update detailed project schedules for solar power projects.
- Develop baseline programs, progress measurement systems, and recovery plans when required.
- Coordinate with project managers, engineering, procurement, and construction teams to align schedules.
- Prepare and present weekly and monthly project progress reports.
- Identify schedule risks, delays, and propose mitigation strategies.
- Lead and guide junior planning engineers across multiple projects.
- Ensure compliance with contractual timelines and client requirements.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Civil, Mechanical, Electrical, or related).
- 5–8 years' experience in project planning within solar EPC projects.
- Proficiency in Primavera P6 and MS Project.
- Strong understanding of EPC workflows, construction methodology, and project controls.
- Excellent organizational, analytical, and communication skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and deliver within deadlines.

Closely monitor or lead specific projects in various areas of the Bank.
Assist top management in strategy formulation, strategic plans execution, strategic process improvements, and communication of strategy updates to all stakeholders.
