Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role located in Muscat for a Site Engineer. The Site Engineer will oversee daily site operations, ensuring quality control and compliance with structural engineering standards. Responsibilities include coordinating with civil engineers, managing on-site communication, and ensuring project milestones are met consistently. The role requires a hands-on approach to maintaining safety and quality standards while collaborating effectively with the team.

Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled and motivated Site Engineer with hands-on experience in road construction, earth moving operations, and asphalt laying. The ideal candidate will be responsible for the on-site execution of civil works, quality assurance, coordination with subcontractors, and ensuring work is completed according to design specifications, timelines, and safety standards. A valid driving license is essential for this role as frequent travel between sites is required.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise and manage road construction, earthworks, and asphalt paving activities on site.

Qualifications & Requirements:

• Proven experience in earthwork operations (cutting, filling, leveling) and asphalt paving.
• Sound knowledge of construction methods, materials, and equipment usage.

Key tasks and accountabilities are intended to guide the range and level of work expected of the post holder. · Managing site vehicles and drivers effectively by proper planning of the trips to RAK Factory and Dubai.

· Planning the work and efficiently organizing the plant and site facilities in order to meet agreed deadlines as well as to minimize unnecessary expenditure/Overtime.

· Has to drive the work force with the skill of good leadership and to execute the planned Project.

· Taking utmost care of quality control, health, site safety, PPE of workers and housekeeping.

· Conduct site check to ensure work is executed as per approved/planned and maintain Discipline among employees on the site.

· Working as advocate at the site and execute the planned operation.

COMPETENCIES & QUALIFICATION REQUIRED
