Key tasks and accountabilities are intended to guide the range and level of work expected of the post holder. This is not an extensive list of all tasks that may fall to the post holder and employees will be expected to carry out such other reasonable duties which may be required from time to time.
· Day-to-day management of the site, including supervising and monitoring the site labour force.
· Should plan for the project on daily, weekly and monthly basis and carry out field operations effectively.

· Planning the work and efficiently organizing the plant and site facilities in order to meet agreed deadlines as well as to minimize unnecessary expenditure/Overtime.
· Has to drive the work force with the skill of good leadership and to execute the planned Project.
· Taking utmost care of quality control, health, site safety, PPE of workers and housekeeping.
· Conduct site check to ensure work is executed as per approved/planned and maintain Discipline among employees on the site.
· Working as advocate at the site and execute the planned operation.
· Liaising the day-to-day site construction issues, ensure site safety concerns are being addressed prior to work commencement.
COMPETENCIES & QUALIFICATION REQUIRED
· Bachelor Degree in Mechanical Engineering or any related course
· Previous experience as Site Engineer role or personnel directly involves and supervise on site in Construction or Dredging.
· Proficiency in computer applications, especially MS Word, MS Excel, MS PowerPoint, MS Outlook
