Our Oil & Gas EPCclient is seeking Project Managers with 18+ yearsoverall experience in Project Management oflarge-scale EPC plant construction projects, including refineries,oil storage terminals, tank farms, etc., along with water treatment systems expertise, pressure vessel fabrication & erection. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in greenfield and brownfield projects with anyleading EPC's. Must have executed projects above 250 million USD, assuming responsibility of delivery in the capacity of Project Manager.
Key Responsibilities- Assist in the planning, execution, and monitoring of EPC construction projects involving tank farms, oil terminals, water treatment plants, and pressure vessels.
- Ensuring compliance with client requirements, safety standards, and project schedules.
- Coordinate with engineering, procurement, and construction teams to facilitate smooth project progress.
- Review technical documents, including P&IDs, fabrication drawings, and construction methodologies.
- Monitor site activities, quality control, and HSE compliance.
- Assist in risk assessment, progress reporting, and resolving on-site technical issues.
- Liaise with contractors, vendors, and client representatives under the guidance of senior project managers.
- Ensure adherence to industry standards (API, ASME, ANSI) and best practices.
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering mandatory.
- Minimum 18 years of experience in EPC construction projects within the oil & gas, petrochemical, or water treatment sectors.
- Software knowledge: MS Office, AutoCAD, project planning tools (Primavera, MS Project), construction methodologies, and industry standards (API, ASME, ANSI).
- Familiarity with Gulf-based projects and clients (PDO, ADNOC, ARAMCO, etc.) is preferred.
- Exposure to brownfield and greenfield project execution.
- Proficiency in project management tools (Primavera P6, MS Project) and AutoCAD/3D modeling (advantageous).
- Strong communication, problem-solving, and teamwork skills.

- • Minimum 15 years of experience in tendering, bidding, or contracts management within the Oil & Gas industry, with at least 5 years in a managerial role.
- • Proven track record in preparing and winning bids for large-scale EPC projects in Oil & Gas.
- • Strong knowledge of tendering procedures, contracts (FIDIC, EPC, LSTK), and commercial terms in the Middle East.
- • Excellent negotiation, communication, and client relationship management skills.
- • Strong leadership and team management capabilities.

• Ensuring that OOCEP HSSE Standards & Procedure are adopted throughout the project and that all activities are fully documented in the project HSSE Management Plans;

The role involves ensuring safe, efficient, and compliant production operations while inspecting and monitoring oil and gas facilities. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in process control, troubleshooting, and maintaining operational integrity.
Key Responsibilities:
- Monitor and inspect oil and gas production operations to ensure compliance with safety, quality, and regulatory standards.
- Operate, monitor, and optimize production systems through DCS and field instrumentation.
- Record and analyze production data, identifying variances and recommending corrective actions.
- Conduct routine inspections of equipment, pipelines, valves, separators, and storage facilities.
- Support start-up, shutdown, and emergency procedures in line with operational guidelines.
- Troubleshoot process issues and coordinate with maintenance and control room teams for resolution.

Preferred Skills:
