Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled and proactive Maintenance Engineer to oversee the maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair of Mostly CNC machines and pressure testing benches, various cranes, other equipment's and utilities. The ideal candidate will ensure optimal equipment performance, minimize downtime, and support production efficiency through preventive and corrective maintenance practices. Additional responsibilities include electrical maintenance and maintenance engineering to ensure the smooth operation of all machinery and equipment.
Key Responsibilities:
CNC Machines:
- Perform routine and preventive maintenance on CNC machines (e.g., milling, turning, 5-axis).
- Diagnose and repair mechanical, electrical, and control system faults.
- Calibrate and align machine components to ensure precision and accuracy.
- Maintain records of maintenance activities, breakdowns, and repairs.
- Collaborate with production and quality teams to ensure machine readiness.
Pressure Testing Benches:
- Conduct regular inspections and maintenance of hydrostatic and pneumatic pressure testing pumps.
