We are seeking a skilled and customer-focused Spa Therapist to join our wellness team. As a Spa Therapist, you will be responsible for delivering a wide range of spa treatments and therapies to guests, ensuring an exceptional and relaxing experience. YOUR DAY-TO-DAY:

  • Provide professional spa treatments including massages, facials, body scrubs, wraps, and other therapies as per spa protocols and guest preferences.
  • Conduct consultations with guests to understand their needs and recommend appropriate treatments.
  • Maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards in all treatment rooms and common areas.
  • Prepare and restock treatment rooms with necessary supplies, linens, and equipment.
  • Ensure proper use and maintenance of spa equipment and products.
  • Promote and sell spa services, products, and packages to enhance guest experience and achieve sales targets.
  • Maintain client records and treatment history with confidentiality.
  • Uphold health, safety, and hygiene regulations at all times.
  • Stay updated with current trends and techniques in spa and wellness services.
  • Work collaboratively with other team members to ensure a smooth and positive spa experience for all guests.
  • Report any guest feedback, incidents, or equipment issues to the Spa Manager promptly.

WHAT WE NEED FROM YOU:

  • Certification or diploma in Massage Therapy, Beauty Therapy, or a related field from a recognized institution.
  • Minimum 1–2 years of experience as a Spa Therapist in a hotel, resort, or wellness center.
  • Knowledge of a wide range of treatments, techniques, and spa products.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Professional appearance and excellent customer service skills.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and remain calm under pressure.
  • Fluent in English; additional languages are an advantage.
  • Flexible with working hours, including weekends and holidays.

  • Promote and sell spa services, products, and packages to enhance guest experience and achieve sales targets.
  • Maintain client records and treatment history with confidentiality.
  • Uphold health, safety, and hygiene regulations at all times.
  • Stay updated with current trends and techniques in spa and wellness services.
  • Work collaboratively with other team members to ensure a smooth and positive spa experience for all guests.
  • Report any guest feedback, incidents, or equipment issues to the Spa Manager promptly.

WHAT WE NEED FROM YOU:

  • Certification or diploma in Massage Therapy, Beauty Therapy, or a related field from a recognized institution.
  • Minimum 1–2 years of experience as a Spa Therapist in a hotel, resort, or wellness center.
  • Knowledge of a wide range of treatments, techniques, and spa products.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Professional appearance and excellent customer service skills.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and remain calm under pressure.
  • Fluent in English; additional languages are an advantage.
  • Flexible with working hours, including weekends and holidays.
