We are looking for a motivated Digital Marketing Specialist to join our growing team. The ideal candidate has basic knowledge of digital marketing and analytics, is eager to learn, and will support daily marketing operations across different channels such as analytics, ads, social media, SEO, ASO, email, and affiliate programs. This role is designed for someone who wants hands-on experience in a fast-paced digital environment and contribute to campaigns that reach users worldwide.
The role is a mid-level position and is remote.
- Collect and report app & web metrics using Google Analytics and Firebase
- Assist in running basic paid campaigns (Google Ads, Meta Ads).
- Contribute to email marketing & automation (welcome series, follow-ups, reminders).
- Help manage referral and affiliate marketing (data logging, reporting, partner communication).
- Support SEO & ASO basics (keyword research, on-page/off-page support, reporting).
- Publish articles and assist in off-page SEO/link-building.
- Prepare weekly performance reports on campaigns and activities.
Google Analytics (Web & App) : Create simple reports, track events, and analyze user behavior (e.g., signup funnel, traffic source).
Digital Marketing Fundamentals (SEO, Ads, Email, Social Media) : Support basic campaigns, assist with keyword research, and understand how different channels drive acquisition.
Google Ads & Paid Campaigns (Basic Knowledge) : Set up simple campaigns, monitor CPC/CTR, and prepare weekly ad performance reports.
Email Marketing Platforms (Basic Knowledge) : Create and send campaigns (welcome, reminder), segment lists, and monitor open/click rates.
Social Media Execution : Prepare weekly content calendars, draft captions, schedule posts, and track engagement metrics.
SEO & ASO Basics : Perform keyword research, support on-page SEO, publish guest posts, and assist in link-building activities.
Time Management & Prioritization : Organize multiple tasks (ads, reports, posts) and deliver them on time.
Attention to Detail : Ensure accuracy in analytics setup, campaign entries, and content publishing.
Communication Skills : Provide clear updates to the team, coordinate with partners, and respond effectively to feedback.
Adaptability & Learning Agility : Quickly learn new tools (automation platforms, analytics tools) and apply them effectively to ongoing projects.
