Job Description- Organize all QC inspections on and off site.
- Implement the project quality plan and specifications.
- Read work orders or other instructions to determine product specifications or material requirements, and review blueprints or other documents to define operational methods or sequences.
- Follow up on site inspections, QC records, and non-conformities.
- Analyze test results.
- Evaluate the quality of materials or products.
- Monitor identification and traceability activities and records.
- Follow up on corrective actions in case of non-conformity, while coordinating with the Technical Manager, Construction Manager, General Site Superintendent, QC Manager, and Lab Technician.
- Certificate or Diploma in the appropriate Engineering discipline
- 5 years of experience in Quality Control and Materials Testing, preferably with regional experience in marine works
- Good English communication skills
- Proactive and flexible
- Strong Quality Control analysis skills

- Sound judgment and decision-making abilities

We are seeking a proactive and hands-on Manufacturing and Test Engineer to support the production, validation, and continuous improvement of our advanced IC and optoelectronic products (Lidar and Photonic Products). This role is critical in bridging R&D with operations, ensuring high-quality manufacturing through process development, test automation, and yield analysis.
Key Responsibilities:
Manufacturing Support
- Develop and optimize assembly, test, and calibration procedures for prototypes and production units.
- Interface with PCB assembly vendors, contract manufacturers, and test labs to ensure smooth handoff from engineering to production.
- Implement DFM (Design for Manufacturing) and DFT (Design for Test) practices into new designs.
Test Development & Execution
- Design, build, and maintain automated test setups for electrical, optical, and system-level validation.
- Write test scripts and control routines (Python, LabVIEW, etc.) for bench and production test environments.
- Perform root-cause analysis on test failures and drive corrective actions.
Process & Quality Improvement
- Monitor test yields and manufacturing KPIs; work with cross-functional teams to drive improvements.
- Support product qualification, reliability testing, and failure analysis.
- Maintain and calibrate lab equipment and fixtures used in production.
Documentation & Reporting
- Create and maintain test plans, work instructions, and assembly documentation.

Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Electronics, or a related field.
- 4+ years of experience in manufacturing test or NPI (New Product Introduction) environments.
- Proficient with lab instruments (oscilloscopes, SMUs, power supplies, electronic loads).
- Experience with test automation tools (Python, LabVIEW, MATLAB) and data logging systems.
- Familiarity with PCB testing, fixture design, and ESD/handling best practices.
- Strong problem-solving, communication, and cross-functional collaboration skills.
