Your MissionThe Supply Planner – Raw Materials & Execution will be responsible for short-term execution and planning of raw materials, with a strong focus on operational problem-solving, supplier collaboration, and factory interface. This role will ensure accurate raw material forecasts, manage the maceration plan as part of production scheduling, and act as the point of contact between the office and the manufacturing site. The position requires a “can-do” and “make-it-happen” mindset, strong operational leadership, and a highly analytical approach to ensure seamless execution.
Your Impact- Lead Planning, Operations and Execution for raw materials, ensuring on-time availability to meet production requirements.
- Develop and maintain accurate raw material forecasts in close collaboration with suppliers.
- Manage the maceration plan (mini production plan), ensuring alignment with production schedules and lead times.
- Oversee and ensure the execution of the production plan.
- Serve as the primary liaison between the planning and the manufacturing site, facilitating communication and resolving operational issues.
- Frequently visit the production floor to monitor progress, address bottlenecks, and ensure timely execution.
- Collaborate with procurement, quality, production, and logistics teams to ensure smooth material flow and problem resolution.
- Monitor supplier performance, lead times, and adherence to delivery commitments, implementing corrective actions when necessary.
- Identify risks in material availability and develop mitigation plans.

Your Expertise- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field.

• Provide cost, staff certification, manpower allocation information to Commercial Department as input for proposals as well as preparation of Project Plan on award of a project.
• Manage and coordinate all manpower deployment, certifications and safety/off-shore training.
• Maintain contracts with transporters and related logistic providers and suppliers; update contracts with the approval of the concerned authority; and liaise with the service providers for providing transportation and related logistical support of desired quality and timeliness.

• Maintain data and a database regarding employee project allocation, leave, off-shore leave, certifications, technical training and project/location/role related training, etc. on a daily basis and serve as the “owner” of such information, to support Project Managers, Department Managers, Site Supervisors, etc. Sanction leave of drillers.
• Ensure timesheets of drilling staff are received and recorded regularly, and changes updated in database and related records.
• Manage employee relations with drilling crews, and also transact changes in their projects or project timings/s
Qualifications required:
• High school or graduation in any subject. Preferable: Certification in use of MS Office or 2 years prior experience in using Excel and Word.
Skills / experience required to do the job:
• 4-5 years of experience as an Assistant in technical departments, preferably in Operations or Engineering.
• Fluent in English.
