Job Title:Senior Product UX/UI Designer

Description

Senior Product UX/UI Designer — Shape the Digital Experience of Human Emotion

She hovered over the “Place Order” button for her father’s birthday.

It would be the first one without him.

But the flowers weren’t for him.
They were for the nurse who held his hand in the final hour.
For the woman who said, "He talked about you every day."

The daughter added a note:

“You were his angel. These are from both of us.”

And just like that…
A box of sunflowers arrived.
To a tiny hospice outside Denver.
To a nurse who never expected to cry that day.

But she did.
Because someone designed that flow.
Someone crafted that moment.
Someone made that experience so simple, so seamless — that grief could turn into gratitude.

That someone could be you.

About the Role

We’re hiring a Senior Product UX/UI Designer to join Lime Vizio Inc. — the tech engine behind national gifting platforms like Blossom Flowers, Sunny Flowers, and Gift on Schedule.

We're not selling tulips.
We're building tech that lets people say what words alone never can:
"I'm still here."
"I'm proud of you."
"I'm thinking of you."
"I'm sorry."

Every day, thousands of these moments move through our platforms. You will shape how they feel. From the first scroll to the final click.

This isn’t just UX.
This is designing digital touchpoints for real human connection.

What You’ll Do
  • Lead with empathy: Turn emotional journeys into intuitive, frictionless digital flows.
  • Design with purpose: Create elegant, high-converting e-commerce experiences for web, mobile, and app.
  • Think like a founder: Balance user needs and business goals to drive revenue and resonance.
  • Use real data: Leverage heatmaps, analytics, and A/B tests to iterate with precision.
  • Craft beauty at scale: Maintain and evolve our design system for consistency across brands and channels.
  • Collaborate across functions: Partner with product, dev, and marketing to ship features that delight.
  • Mentor with heart: Support junior designers and evangelize user-centered design company-wide.
What You Bring
  • 5–10+ years designing elegant UX/UI for e-commerce or product-centric businesses.
  • A powerful portfolio that shows both heart and logic — stunning visuals + smart decisions.
  • Mastery of Figma, Sketch, Adobe Creative Suite, and prototyping tools.
  • Deep understanding of CRO, checkout flows, product pages, personalization, and customer journey mapping.
  • Experience running user interviews, surveys, and usability tests that uncover hidden friction.
  • Bonus: fluency in HTML/CSS/JS to speak the dev team’s language.
Why You’ll Love Working Here
  • Remote-first: Work from anywhere — as long as your pixels shine.
  • Fast-moving: No red tape. Just real impact.
  • Design-led culture: Our CEO cares deeply about design. You’ll have a seat at the table.
  • Meaningful work: Your designs won’t just convert — they’ll connect. Comfort. Heal.
  • Ownership & Growth: We hire builders. You’ll lead initiatives that shape the future of the company.
Why This Role Exists

Because one button, one layout, one interaction…
It can be the difference between a moment missed and a memory made.

If you believe design is how we translate love into pixels — let’s build something unforgettable.
