Role / Responsibility

  • Log in the tickets received from the AIVS end-users .
  • Assign ticket priority, urgency, Category, and other details that are mentioned in the signed agreement clauses
  • Be aware of SLAs, as per the agreement
  • Address AIVS users' tickets regarding software, and networking.
  • Diagnoses and troubleshoot issues, including account setup and software configuration, etc.

The Opportunity:

What you bring:

  • 5+ years of experience in a Commercial Operations Business Systems Analyst role and a track record of successful application of diverse analytical approaches
  • 5+ years’ expert experience owning, administering, and managing Commercial business systems (Salesforce, HubSpot, Conga, Tableau, etc.); demonstrated deep understanding of Salesforce.com/Business Objects features, functionality, and best practices
  • Strong understanding of GTM systems and B2B sales cycles, including CPQ and pipeline/lead management

In our finance function we aspire to set the industry pace for speed and accuracy of reporting. We aim to achieve this by driving our product pricing and terms, contracting, sales processes and systems into alignment. We are looking for a professionally qualified accounting leader with expertise in NetSuite to build scalable processes, automated through correct and auditable implementations in NetSuite, Salesforce and other connected business systems.

This lead will work across teams including product management, legal, FP&A, sales operations and commercial business systems to align understanding and ensure that the accounting and revenue recognition treatment of contracts and products is straightforward and correct, with a very high level of automation. Perhaps unusually we prefer a leader with deep personal interest in the software and technology industry, and ideally some data analytics and software engineering experience . The Systems & Controls Accountant will ensure the proper application of revenue accounting guidance for public market scrutiny. Ideally they will also be technically savvy and able to work effectively with technical teams and software engineers.

This is a driving position which requires confidence in presentation, setting goals, and directing the work of others. We expect to grow a team with a particular emphasis on systems and automation, that puts us at the top of the leaderboard for clarity, correctness, transparency and speed of reporting as a global tech company.

Location: This role is home-based in EMEA time zones, with the option to be based in our London office. It will report to our Global Head of Accounting.

  • Lead complex NetSuite configuration, workflows, customization, and integration

We are hiring a UX designer for our Design System Team.

You will play a key role making open source software available to the world. Our Design function ensures the experience of the software and infrastructure we build is true to our intentions, and delivers the tools our community and customers need. The Design System UX designer makes that possible by defining, evolving and advocating for a consistent use of design system that scales across our products.

This role sits in the design system team reporting to Design Systems Management

Location: This role will be based remotely in the EMEA region.

The role entails

  • Building and evolving Canonical's design system, ensuring measurable adoption, consistency, scalability and accessibility across our products
  • Collaborating with designers, engineers and stakeholders to translate user needs and brand principles into reusable components, patterns and guidelines
  • Championing design system best practices, advocating for cohesive user experience and design, providing documentation and support for cross-functional teams
  • Designing and documenting UI components, design tokens and interaction patterns
  • Ensuring timely and efficient delivery of the roadmap
  • Enabling alignment on design system usage and governance across teams
  • Advocating for accessibility, performance, and scalability in design system decisions and iterating based on data and technological advancements
  • Staying ahead of industry trends, ensuring innovation and balancing it with system coherence and performance

What we are looking for in you

  • Relevant experience in UX/product design, with a strong focus on design systems in complex environments
  • A portfolio demonstrating strong expertise in design systems, including component libraries, documentation and handling complex environments
  • Exceptional educational achievements in design or related behavioral science discipline
  • Expertise in Figma, Storybook and design token workflows
  • Experience of collaborating with engineers and bridging design and code
  • Proven ability to apply design process and clearly communicate and document design decisions
  • Excellent attention to detail and systemic approach to solving complex design challenges
  • Commitment to transparent project delivery and owning team deadlines
  • A passion for balancing consistency and innovation
  • Willingness to travel up to 4 times a year for internal events
