Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled and motivated
Security Systems Technician/Engineer
to install, configure, troubleshoot, and maintain security and automation systems. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with CCTV, access control, and gate automation solutions, ensuring high reliability and security standards for our clients.

Key Responsibilities:

• Install, configure, and maintain
  CCTV systems
  (stand-alone and network-based).
• Install, integrate, and maintain
  Access Control Systems
  including stand-alone systems, biometric/fingerprint readers, card readers, and magnetic locks.
• Setup and service
  Gate Barriers, Automatic Sliding Gates, and Automatic Sliding Doors
  .
• Install and maintain
  Exit Door Magnetic Locks
  and related security door hardware.
• Work on
  Building Management Systems (BMS)
  and integration with
  SCADA systems
  for facility monitoring.
• Install, calibrate, and troubleshoot
  Speed Radar Cameras
  for traffic and security monitoring.
• Implement and maintain
  Public Address (PA) Systems
  for announcements and emergency communication.
• Perform routine preventive maintenance and system health checks.
• Provide technical support, troubleshooting, and repairs for all security systems.
• Ensure systems are compliant with local safety, security, and IT standards.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Diploma/Degree in Electronics, Electrical, IT, or related field.

• Knowledge of
  BMS, SCADA, and networking basics
  (IP addressing, cabling, switches, etc.).
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing new business opportunities, managing client relationships, and supporting technical sales activities from inquiry to project completion.

Key Responsibilities:

Identify and develop new clients in the swimming pool, fountain, and water feature sector.

Conduct technical site assessments, prepare proposals, and deliver presentations to consultants, contractors, and developers.

Sound understanding of MEP design, hydraulics, pumps, filtration, and dosing systems.

Proven track record in technical sales, business development, and achieving revenue targets.

Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.

Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities.

Valid Oman license is mandatory.
