Purpose of the Job: To ensure the successful and timely delivery of product and marketing initiatives by managing cross-functional workflows, coordinating across distributed teams, maintaining roadmaps, and ensuring alignment with business goals in a fully remote setup.

The role is for a senior-level professional and is fully remote.

Key Responsibilities

Lead project planning, execution, and monitoring from ideation to delivery.

  • Define clear project scopes, timelines, and deliverables at kickoff.
  • Maintain up-to-date project plans and adapt as priorities shift.
  • Ensure progress visibility to all stakeholders through weekly updates.
  • Break down complex initiatives into actionable tasks and milestones.

Coordinate between Product, Marketing, and Tech teams to ensure effective collaboration.

  • Act as a central point of contact for inter-team communication.
  • Align roadmaps and timelines between teams to minimize conflicts.
  • Facilitate shared understanding of goals and dependencies.
  • Resolve misalignments or blockers in cross-functional execution.

Manage task prioritization, dependencies, and deadlines across teams.

  • Create and maintain centralized task boards in Notion or equivalent.
  • Work with leads to identify critical paths and adjust priorities as needed.
  • Flag and escalate blockers early to prevent delivery delays.
  • Track dependencies and ensure all prerequisite work is completed on time.

Ensure timely delivery of roadmap milestones and marketing activities.

  • Monitor milestone/deliverables completion and adjust schedules proactively.
  • Follow up on assigned owners for all roadmap and GTM deliverables.
  • Support Product and Marketing teams in aligning on launch timelines.
  • Anticipate timeline shifts and communicate them transparently.

Track tasks and documentation in Notion and ensure follow-up on all action items.

  • Ensure all meetings and decisions are documented clearly.
  • Create follow-up tasks directly from meeting notes.
  • Keep project documentation centralized, current, and accessible.
  • Maintain ownership of task completion tracking until closure.

Own the facilitation and structure of recurring meetings (standups, retros, planning).

  • Prepare and share agendas ahead of meetings.
  • Ensure meetings stay focused, time-boxed, and outcome-oriented.
  • Capture action items and assign follow-ups in real-time.
  • Continuously improve meeting formats based on team feedback.

Identify project risks early and ensure mitigation strategies are in place.

  • Maintain a project risk log with severity and response plans.
  • Proactively assess risk exposure during planning and execution.
  • Involve relevant stakeholders in risk resolution.
  • Communicate risks transparently with recommendations.

Work closely with stakeholders to align deliverables with business goals.

  • Translate business objectives into project deliverables and success metrics.
  • Validate alignment of team outputs with strategic priorities.
  • Facilitate feedback loops with leadership and domain experts.
  • Ensure stakeholder expectations are managed and met consistently.

  • Master's degree in Business Administration or Project Evaluation (desirable).
