• Represent the company to the client maintaining close communication with the company and the client.
• Execute the delegated project, ensuring that our work methodology and the contract are always complied with, leading the team and the client's team.
• Identify and manage the scope of the project, divide it into tasks of homogeneous granularity, assign it according to skills and insert it into the work tool.
• Plan all project tasks in iterations to meet the deadline assuming a velocity per resource.
• Monitor the pace of work and verify the speed assumptions of the plan and react early in case of deviation, within budget constraints.
• Ensure that the activities performed are within the budget and phase and do not increase in scope and adhere to what was written in previous phases of the methodology.
• Monitor the project payment plan and warn about risks of non-compliance or cash flow problems of the project.
• Periodically report status to the client and Axxis according to established formats.
• Justify and negotiate changes, proposing alternative plans that are viable in terms of time, scope and budget.
• Train and guide the client in our methodology and project management, specifically in the triple constraint.

Profile required for the position: Project Manager

• Professional with a degree in Systems Engineering, Computer Science or related careers.
• Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office / MS Project
• Advanced English
• Master's degree in Business Administration or Project Evaluation (desirable).
• PMP or similar project certification (desirable).
• 5 years of project management experience.
• At least 1 year (of the above) managing software projects. 1 year (of the above) managing insurance projects (desirable).

Job Purpose:

The Project Manager manages small, medium and large-sized projects ensuring they are completed on time within the scope, budget and timelines. He/ She collaborates with cross-functional teams, stakeholders, and resources to drive project success and contributes to the achievement of the Bank’s business objectives.

Key Accountabilities:

• Develops comprehensive project plans, including scope, goals, deliverables, timelines, resources, and budgets.
• Defines project objectives and success criteria, ensuring alignment with organizational goals.
• Leads cross-functional teams and manages their performance throughout the project lifecycle.
• Fosters a collaborative environment that encourages teamwork and accountability.
• Defines clear project scope and objectives while actively managing scope changes and ensures alignment of all stakeholders with project expectations.
• Creates and maintains project schedules, monitors progress and manages potential schedule risks.
• Implements necessary adjustments to ensure project timelines are met.
• Coordinates with resource managers to allocate the necessary personnel, equipment, and materials required for project execution.
• Develops and monitors project budgets, tracks expenses, and ensures adherence to financial constraints.
• Shares budget status with stakeholders on a regular basis.
• Identifies potential project risks, assesses their impact, and develops mitigation and contingency plans throughout the project lifecycle.

Qualifications and Experience:

• Bachelor's degree in Project Management, a related IT field, or a Business Degree.
• Having a Project Management Professional (PMP) certification or equivalent is required, and additional certification will be seen as an advantage.
• Minimum of 4 years of experience in Project Management as a Project Manager. Candidates with experience in the banking sector will be preferred.
• A proven track record of direct involvement in successful banking projects.

Expert in Marine & Civil Engineering with 10+ yrs in quay wall, jetty & port projects. Skilled in EPC contracts, cost control, construction & heavy equipment management, with proven ability to lead multi-disciplinary teams in marine/offshore works.

Should have 12+ years of experience in R12 Oracle Procurement modules

Should have good technical knowledge of the entire Oracle EBusiness suite of Products (R12) mainly in Procurement modules.

Good understanding and knowledge of customization like Workflow, OAF, Reports and Oracle Mobile applications and its related services.

Extensive Experience on SQL,PLSQL, Interfaces, Data Conversions, Data Migrations ,OAF , Forms & Reports and Oracle Mobile Application Framework

Good knowledge of the interaction between Procurement applications with Oracle eBS Financials

Should have good knowledge of Oracle EBS Finance and Procurement Modules and Oracle standard processes including integrations

Should have experience in at least four – five Projects (Implementations or Roll Outs Engagements). .

Assumes full responsibility of the Business process analysis, Design and Development.

Study documentation and configuration of business processes

Good communication skills

Should be :

• Perform Functional Evaluation & Detailed Analysis

• Participate in design discussions/sessions/workshops to address the process gaps, provide suggestions to improve existing systems and to change/modify current business processes to achieve quantifiable process improvements.

• Should be able to map business requirements to Oracle ERP modules and come up with the best fit and scalable solution.

• Prepare design documentation and work with application team to support business requirements.

• Experience in Oracle application including extensions, customizations and development of new CEMLI components.

• Take part in testing to ensure that the new system/solution works as expected.

• Documentation of technical design documents and unit test case documents.

• Utilizes industry leading best practices for solution design/development.

• Should have the ability to interact with the customer as well as with other IT teams.

• Coordinate with offshore team

We are looking for a qualified and experienced Project Manager or Senior Civil Engineer to join our team in Oman.

5–10+ years of experience in construction

Arabic & English fluency required

AutoCAD knowledge is essential

Must be based in or willing to relocate to Oman

• 16+ Years of Experience in Oracle EBS out of which 10+ Years of experience in Oracle Finance and Procurement EBS with experience in Project Management.
• Manage all aspects of Project Management and Project Life Cycles by effectively Initiating, Planning, Scheduling, Controlling and Bringing to Closure Oracle EBS Development/Integration Projects
• Involved in full life cycle implementations, Integrations and support of Oracle Applications R12
• Well experienced to Coordinate with multiple stakeholders teams
• Status Reporting ,Customer Meetings, Escalation Handling, Project Execution
• Should have complete product knowledge of Oracle EBS modules such as Finance, Projects, Procurement.
• Good understanding and knowledge of overall Oracle EBS Applications and its related services.
• Should have experience in at least 4 to 5 projects (Implementations or Roll Outs or Support Engagements)
• Should have good communication skills and be able to interact with multi ethnic clients
• Should be well qualified from reputed institution.
• Should have handled a sizeable team of 30-40 members and should have successfully delivered projects under on-site/offshore model.
• Coordinate with offshore team
