About the Early Talent Program
At Solar Turbines, we are dedicated to attracting and retaining next generation talent. Our new graduates have the opportunity work on projects that impact our business and the future of our company. - Assist in Chemical Blending Facility, preparation of additive solutions, chemical mixing process, filling of finished products into drums/IBCs/ISO Bulk.
- Take samples of raw material and finished product chemicals, for physical and chemical measurements subject to quality control procedure.
- Field Visits with Chemical Engineer to Monitor, troubleshoot and optimisation of all chemical application programs, providing daily updates on performance.
- Provide on-site support with dosing, measuring, testing and chemical application assurance.
- Organise regular production chemistry reviews and current product
selection ensuring it meets the Company's needs
- Manage and oversee all aspects of production chemistry supply ensuring optimization and minimum stock levels are maintained.
