Confirm compliance with international standards such as ASME, AWS, API, and project-specific requirements.
Conduct inspections of piping systems, pressure vessels, tanks, structural components, and mechanical assemblies.
Verify material certificates, dimensional accuracy, and installation compliance with engineering drawings and specifications.
Witness hydrostatic and pneumatic tests, and ensure proper documentation of test results.
Prepare and submit detailed inspection reports, non-conformance reports (NCRs), and photographic evidence as required.
Validate contractor’s quality documentation including material traceability, test records, and quality dossiers.
Ensure transparency and traceability of all inspection activities performed.
Liaise with client representatives during inspections, audits, and technical meetings.
Represent the inspection agency impartially, ensuring quality control obligations are fulfilled objectively.
Monitor the contractor’s QA/QC implementation and raise issues or recommendations as necessary.
