The MissionBuild and scale full-funnel growth marketing campaigns that amplify our reach and deepen emotional connections, using data, creative flair, and unmatched focus on customer acquisition cost (CAC) and lifetime value (LTV). You'll be responsible for making sure our next 10 million bouquets bring tears of joy—right on time.
What You’ll Own- Full-Funnel Growth : Architect and execute strategies that boost user acquisition, retention, and revenue across Google, Meta, TikTok, Email, and SEO.
- Experiment Like a Scientist : A/B test creatives, landing pages, and offers. Run weekly sprints. Use hard data to create soft moments.
- Lifecycle Mastery : Nurture the customer journey—from ZIP code search to birthday surprise delivery. Every touchpoint should feel like care.
- Performance Marketing : Optimize CAC while increasing LTV. Obsess over ROAS. Think like a CFO, act like a CMO.
- Team Integration : Work hand-in-hand with Product, Engineering, and Design teams to bring high-converting funnels to life. You’re not alone—we grow as a team.
- Have 5+ years in growth marketing or performance marketing, ideally in e-commerce.
- Have scaled campaigns across Paid Search, Paid Social, Display, Email, SEO, and Retargeting.
- Know your way around HubSpot, Google Ads, GA4, CDPs, and more.
- Think like a data scientist and move like a creative director.
- Love winning—but only if the customer wins too.
