About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales & Market Development Manager to join our Renewable Energy Division at Stellar Process Solutions, a leading industrial and energy solutions provider in Oman.

You will be responsible for driving growth, managing key accounts, and developing business opportunities across the solar and renewable sectors.

Key Responsibilities

·   Lead sales and marketing efforts for solar and renewable energy projects in Oman

Required Qualifications

# Job Summary

  • To visit cigarette selling retail and wholesale stores and collect basic market info, namely the buying/selling price data for all SKU and photos of the tobacco display shelf.

  • To monitor market issues by interviewing store workers and checking local news/media of cigarette industry

*KT&G will share the report format(Google Sheets, Microsoft Excel file, or other)

*This is planned to be monthly report, but the duration and /or frequency will be individually noticed upon the time of interview.(can be long-term but quarterly job, etc.)

*Since it is an international transfer of payment, it may take 2 weeks to reach the workers' bank account

#Duties and responsibilities

  • To visit stores and collect market info and issues on a monthly basis

*KT&G holds the rights to set the desired number of products to conduct the price research of the month.

*KT&G holds the rights to set the desired number of store to conduct the price research of the month.

*The initial plan is to assign research of around 15 tobacco products, at 12 stores. This is likely to change. However, the total number of product list*number of store(for example: 30 products * 12 stores =360) will be less than 250, per month.

  • To write/type and send monthly report within the deadline

* If the report quality does not meet KT&G's standards, KT&G holds the rights to request for additional(reinforcement) visit when the quality of the report is below expectation. If such request is not acted out, KT&G hold the rights to unilaterally discount the payment by up to 100%.

Must live in the hiring city and be able to visit around 15 stores within the city each month.

* The experience of working in the tobacco or FMCG industry or working as a surveyor is largely preferred

  • Knowledge

Language : Intermediate level of English, or Korean

Computer usage skill: Intermediate level (Excel, PPT)

No requirements(Bachelor's degree or above is preferred)

# Working conditions

This position is a contractor(a freelancer, not a full time job)

If additional mission are given, additional payment will be made as well per case.

Overview of the role

To assist the Food & Beverages Manager in the execution of the IKEA Food Service Concept in the IKEA Restaurant & Café, IKEA Bistro, IKEA Swedish Food Market and IKEA co-worker restaurant by ensuring that the daily operations of the kitchen and production area is supervised and directed at the highest standard way to strengthen the IKEA store's position as the best home furnishing store in the local market.

CUSTOMERS

  • Ensure our guests are always in focus and strive to make them smile. Meet and serve our guests showing empathy and care. Willing to listen and support them with an attitude based on the IKEA values.
  • Lead by example and a good ambassador for the IKEA store in all contact with our guests, and give them a good reason to return repeatedly.
