We're looking for an exceptional payroll administrator with experience of working with outsourced payroll bureaus (US, UK, EU and/or additional jurisdictions) to manage the company's end to end global payroll and contractor payments. You'll have domain expertise in processing payroll in different countries. You are reliable, diligent and pay attention to details and always work towards improving current processes.

Location: This role may choose to be office based out of London or home based, and will report to our Global Financial Controller.

This role entails

  • Ensure all payrolls are always delivered on time and with 100% accuracy
  • Process the payroll/contractor data in an organised and structured manner
  • Manage all payroll deadlines and monthly payroll tasks
  • Prepare payroll reports and provide monthly payroll data in journal format to finance for processing
  • Comply with GDPR regulations and maintain payroll security/confidentiality
  • Deal with payroll queries and resolve or escalate as required
  • Constantly seek out ways to improve systems and processes to ensure a seamless flow between HR, Payroll and Finance
  • Keep payroll policies up to date and write any new procedures as required
  • Provide support to any project related activities from Finance and HR
  • Provide support to Finance with reporting and audit queries
  • Assist with future expansions of global payrolls and other projects
  • Manage all payroll correspondence and act as a point of contact for all escalated payroll queries
  • Maintain strong cross-functional team relationships
  • Build strong relationships with vendors to ensure excellent service delivery and compliance in all countries

We have created a new senior leadership role, Head of Global System Integrator (GSI) Alliances, to lead our business development and partnership with these important actors in the global technology sector. In this role you will be responsible for ensuring that our solutions are used or embedded at the core of GSI digital transformation platforms.

Our GSI team builds trusted relationships with partners at executive level, increases Canonical market share and attach rate, evangelizes the partnership and leads all business interactions from engineers to CxO level. The Global Head of GSI Alliances will own the strategy, sell-to, sell-through and sell-with motions with all GSI partners, as well as promotion of our GSI related activities - from campaigns, to strategic opportunities and GSI related events (including Canonical s yearly GSI executive summit).

Location: Our company largely works from home, this role can be based in the Americas or EMEA.

Global System Integrators (GSI) play a crucial role in Canonical growth plans in the coming 3 years. We are hiring a Partner Sales Director to work closely with Canonical GSI partners throughout their sales cycles and across their sales organizations to facilitate Ubuntu based solutions and opportunities, as well as help GSI build long term digital transformation platforms with Ubuntu stacks and services.

  • Deep understanding of Linux and cloud software ecosystem, and open source selling models

  • Work closely with marketing, sales engineering and product management to deliver on targets, objectives and provide a voice of the partner
  • Lead executive interlocks between partners and Canonical leadership team
  • Ability to travel - sometimes internationally - up to 40% of the time

Au sein du département Global Business Développement Parfums Beauté, vous rejoindrez l’équipe Marketing opérationnel International pour travailler sur les sujets de priorisation du plan marketing, de stratégie d’assortiment produit par canal de distribution et de mise en place du plan marketing en point de vente, en lien avec nos régions et marchés clé.

Vos missions
  • Consolidation de la stratégie sampling, gifting et sets par canal de distribution en lien avec les priorités du plan marketing
  • Pilotage de la stratégie d’assortiment par axe et par canal de distribution fonction des enjeux business et image en collaboration avec le Marketing International (MI), le merchandising et les prévisions.
  • Définition du plan marketing 3 axes priorisé par canal de distribution
  • Elaboration des stratégies de distribution des lancements clés en collaboration avec MI et prévisions.
  • Définition de la stratégie d’assortiment des produits Mode en boutique PB.
  • Elaboration de la stratégie et créer des guidelines pour les évènements en boutique, et suivi de la performance des évènements en Boutique en lien avec les régions (retours qualitatifs et quantitatifs)
Votre profil
  • Vous êtes actuellement en école de commerce ou équivalent (Bac+4/5).
  • Vous possédez une première expérience réussie en Marketing, Marketing opérationnel, Retail ou Business Développement.
  • Vous avez une appétence pour le secteur de la beauté, retail et du luxe.
  • Vous disposez d'un esprit analytique, faites preuve de rigueur, précision et avez de fortes qualités relationnelles.
  • Très bon niveau d’anglais et de français requis.
  • Vous êtes à l’aise dans l’utilisation du Pack Office (Excel, PowerPoint…)
