We have an immediate opening for a Site Manager/Site Coordinator position for our ongoing Multi-Disciplinary Oil-field Maintenance Service Contract. This position is reserved for Omani nationals and expatriate applications will not be accepted.
Requirements- Education: Degree/Diploma (BSc level) in Engineering (Mechanical preferred).
- Member of relevant and internationally recognised professional institution.
- Experience: The ideal candidate should have a minimum of 12 years of experience, with at least 5 years specifically in the Middle East oil and gas industry, focusing on onshore facility maintenance and construction, particularly with live installations.
- Other Requirements: Applicants must possess a strong foundation in engineering, capable of reading and interpreting engineering drawings and technical specifications. Essential skills include effective communication and interpersonal abilities, as well as expertise in man management within a matrix organizational structure. A sound technical background and hands-on experience in on-site Health, Safety, and Environment (HSE) management are vital. Proficiency with digital tools commonly used in industrial construction and maintenance environments is also expected.

We are hiring a Site Reliability Engineering Manager aspiring for a world-class devops and gitops engineering management challenge, bringing together operations management, software engineering and product development, and team leadership in a single high-value role. You will need to be a Linux and operations expert, as well as a great manager capable of leading a high-performance team, to excel in this role.

The role entails
