Job Requirements:
Technical
- Minimum 2 to 3 years of strong experience providing IT Infrastructure field support which includes troubleshooting hardware, software, and operating system issues and problems and fixing the issues without impacting / violating the hardware warranty or customer security compliance requirements.
•Experience in installing, technical troubleshooting and fixing desktops, printers, laptop, and other computer peripherals hardware problems as well as desktop applications.
- Basic knowledge of enterprise LAN and WAN setups and concepts. Ability to perform smart hand activity under instruction-based activities at sites.
- Ability to lift / move computer equipment weighing up to 50 lbs.
- Expert in desk-side support and PC break/fix including basic administration of Windows O/S and MAC/Linux OS (preferred).
- Usage Knowledge of TCP/IP networking, DNS, DHCP, VPN, and RDP.
- Smart hand support for peripheral and networking hardware, including, but not limited to
monitors, keyboards, mice, printers, fax machines, scanners, routers, wireless routers, switches, firewalls, racks, cabinets, multi-port data termination panels all under 'Smart Hands' capability.
- Ability to troubleshoot issues with systems and networks using good deductive reasoning skills and troubleshooting & resolving issues related to end user network cabling.
· Experienced in repeat call analysis and developing preventive actions
· Experienced in Problem management
- Excellent written and oral communications skills with clients and management as well as people skills.
- Ability to work with deadlines and complete tasks on time. Takes proactive ownership and works with sense of urgency
- Preferably with an Associate Degree in Electronics and CompTIA A+ Certification.
· May have other vendor certifications from OEMs (Dell, Toshiba, Lenovo, Client)
- Experience of ticketing tools (ServiceNow / Remedy etc.),

For a dispatch requirement, engineer works as per a schedule shared over a weekly calendar. Whenever there is a call out/ticket raised at the client site. The minimum call out is 24 hours notice. You shall be compensated for the travel to site and work done at the site.
In case of the candidate worked or travelled for extra hours will be provided with an additional hourly rate. If the candidate worked over weekdays would be provided as 1.5x the hourly rate and 2.0x the hourly rate for weekend support. The volume is 1 visit per month to the site.

The Site Support Specialist manages the site Vehicles Operations Program including the Vehicle Control Program, Vehicle Operator Licensing, Training and Evaluation, liaises between Vehicle Maintenance and users scheduled and unscheduled maintenance services, and manages the GPMS AF-registered in-use vehicle program. Carries out all duties in accordance with USAF mandatory requirements. Ensures compliance with Performance Work Statement (PWS) and Amentum ISO 9001 Quality Management System (QMS).
Principal Accountabilities
- Manages White Fleet vehicles and CFV equipment.
- Coordinates with the dealer on the service program.
- Coordinates with contracting department on insurance renewals.
- Works with the Government Liaison personnel on the registration and deregistration of company vehicles.
- Works with the Site Access Department on the vehicle gate passes.
- Manages monthly operator forms, manages periodic inspections.
- Attends/participates in the site accident investigation board when convened.
- Coordinates with using organizations to ensure timely repair of assigned vehicles.
- Participates in vehicle utilization boards.
- Assists with other Site Support as well as HR department duties whenever required.
- Performs other duties as assigned.
- Works in normal office and maintenance shop or warehouse environment and may be required to work outdoors for extended periods.
Minimum Requirements
- Must have good organizational skills and be able to understand, speak, read and write English at an intermediate level.
- Must be proficient in the use of personal computers and Windows Operating System and Microsoft Office to include as a minimum Power Point, Excel and Word programs.
- Must be able to communicate and interact effectively with all levels of staff from various cultures and backgrounds.
- Must possess a valid host nation driver's license.
- May be required to operate material handling equipment.
- High School diploma or equivalent required.
- May be exposed to extreme noise from operating equipment.
- Will be required to wear proper Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) according to prescribed procedures and as required for task being performed.
- Physically capable of performing all required duties; capable of lifting/pushing/pulling minimum of 50 lbs.
- Ability to travel domestically and internationally.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in Fleet management, Vehicle Management & Analysis, data collection and reporting procedures, small computer operations is preferred.
- Experience in a vehicle management capacity preferred.
- Experience in a clerical/administrative environment preferred but not required.
