We are looking for a friendly, reliable, and detail-oriented Health Club / Spa Attendant to support the daily operations of our wellness and fitness facilities. The Health Club / Spa Attendant plays a key role in creating a clean, organized, and welcoming environment for all guests and members by ensuring that spa and gym areas are well-maintained, properly stocked, and compliant with hygiene and safety standards.
YOUR DAY-TO-DAY:
- Greet guests and members warmly and assist them with any inquiries or requests related to the spa or health club facilities.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of all areas including locker rooms, treatment rooms, relaxation lounges, gym areas, and poolside (if applicable).
- Replenish towels, water stations, toiletries, and other amenities in all guest areas as needed.
- Set up and break down treatment rooms or fitness class spaces in accordance with operational standards.
- Monitor locker room supplies, report maintenance issues, and ensure the facility is clean and safe at all times.
- Provide support to spa therapists, fitness instructors, and other team members as needed.
- Ensure all health and safety guidelines are followed, especially in wet areas (steam rooms, saunas, pools).
- Assist in managing guest flow and maintaining a calm and serene spa/fitness environment.
- Maintain inventory levels of supplies and notify management of low stock.
- Report any equipment malfunctions, cleanliness issues, or guest feedback to the Spa or Health Club Manager promptly.
WHAT WE NEED FROM YOU:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous experience in housekeeping, spa, gym, or hospitality environment preferred.
- Strong attention to detail and cleanliness.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Basic understanding of health and safety practices.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Physically fit and able to perform tasks such as lifting towels, moving furniture, and standing for long periods.
- Flexible with working hours including weekends, holidays, and shifts.

Key Responsibilities
Risk and Compliance
- Identify, assess, and mitigate HSSE risks to ensure safe and reliable operations at all times.

Contractor Oversight
