Qualifications and Skills:

● Alternatively, extensive and demonstrable experience in a similar role within the design or architectural industry will be considered.

● Proven experience or a natural talent for sales, with strong negotiation and persuasion abilities.

Design and develop comprehensive MEP systems, ensuring they meet project specifications and regulatory standards.

Desired Candidate Profile

Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering from a recognized institution.

Minimum 5-10 years of hands-on experience in MEP design and project management, preferably in GCC region and Interior design -Fit out sectors.

Proven track record in interior design and fit-out projects

Experience in using design software like AutoCAD, Revit, and other MEP-related tools is essential.

Proficiency in BIM (Building Information Modeling)

Skilled in preparing BOQ, tenders, MEP coordination drawings and other project documentations
