Senior BI Developer with deep expertise in MicroStrategy to join our telecom analytics team. The role involves designing, developing, and optimizing BI dashboards and reports to deliver actionable insights across customer, network, and operational domains. Role requires collaboration with data engineers, analysts, and business stakeholders to transform complex data into intuitive visualizations and drive data-informed decision-making.

• 5+ years of experience in BI development with a strong focus on MicroStrategy .
• Telecom industry experience preferred .
• Proficiency in SQL and data modeling.
• Strong problem-solving and communication skills

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and develop MicroStrategy reports, dashboards, and schema objects.
• Optimize performance of BI solutions for large-scale telecom datasets.
• Translate business requirements into technical solutions using best practices.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support analytics initiatives.

Job Position : Mgr.- Business Intelligence & Strategic Initiative

Job Description :

1. Identify and translate market opportunities into actionable recommendations to achieve individual, team and organization revenue profit target.
2. Support the Retail Sales and Marketing departments in enhancing customer acquisition, maximizing value from existing customers, and retaining the top tier profitable customers.
3. Provide effective MIS/ Reporting and diagnosis of business wise performance at all levels in Retail Banking.
4. Establish intuitive reporting methodologies and perform market analysis as required to shape Retail Banking strategy and analyze performance to effectively drive sales and retention.
5. Establish effective customer segmentation for product marketing based on specified criteria.
6. Conduct financial analysis of all Retail Banking products to evaluate profitability on a product-wise basis.
7. Assist Marketing in shaping promotional campaigns through analysis of appropriate customer segmentation and behavior, and validate campaign offerings.
8. Establish effective metrics/ KPIs for all businesses within Retail Banking and monitor performance.
9. Act as the champion of the Retail Banking Performance Management system by disseminating system information/training to other staff in the branch as and when required.

Skills:

1. Post Graduate in Management or a professionally qualified person with at least 7 to 10 years of banking experience covering Retail Banking or Corporate Banking. Experience in strategy or retail banking divisions would be an added advantage.
2. Good oral and written communication skills.
3. Excellent knowledge of MS Office Suite, in particular MS Excel and PowerPoint.
4. Good interpersonal skills, tact, maturity and flexible approach.

Ausein de la Direction des Systèmes d'Information, vous assistez le Responsable et le Chef de projet BI de la Division Parfums Beauté.

À ce titre, votre mission s’articule autour des activités suivantes :

• Gestion de projet : vous assistez le Chef de Projet fonctionnel dans le déploiement du projet.
• Réalisation des ateliers, construction et réalisation de la documentation et des reports, suivi des plans d'action et relance des intervenants, préparation des formations, recette des solutions.
• Le projet consiste à mettre en place de nouvelles solutions de Business Intelligence et des outils de visualisation de données (y compris pour mobiles).
• Documentation : production des modes opératoires et mise à jour quotidienne des documents existants, création d'une base documentaire s'appuyant sur les outils corporate.
• Aide à la validation des données de l'outil de Business Intelligence, vérifications de données liées aux projets en cours, contrôles et qualification des données BI vs systèmes locaux.
• Administration des données : analyses des anomalies hebdomadaires, création de comptes, création de nouvelles entités géographiques, etc.
• Formation des utilisateurs de la Business Intelligence (stockage des données de vente et stock globaux dans un "cube de données" et réalisation d'analyses/requêtes avancées).

Profil :

• Étudiant.e en école d'ingénieur ou de commerce (Bac +4/5), avec une sensibilité aux systèmes d'information.
