Key Responsibilities:

• Develop new dashboards and insights based on management requirements.
• Enhance existing dashboards with improved visuals and functionalities.
• Research and implement new visualization techniques and innovative reporting methods.
• Perform data analysis and correlation across multiple systems to provide actionable insights.
• Assist in migrating Power BI on-premise reports to Power BI Cloud as part of cloud transition.
• Support areas such as Gateway installation and Direct Query configurations.
• Collaborate with vendors to understand database structures and integrate data sources.
• Deliver approximately 25 dashboards covering 5–6 systems/applications.
• Conduct training sessions, knowledge transfer, and user upskilling.
• Prepare and hand over full documentation of all developed dashboards.

Required Skills and Experience:

• Minimum 4 years of relevant IT experience in Data Analytics and Dashboard development.
• Strong expertise in Power BI (on-premise & cloud) and Qlik.
• Proficiency in DAX programming and MS Excel.
• Hands-on experience with SQL Server and SharePoint Lists (on-premise).

The ideal candidate will have strong hands-on expertise in Power BI (On-Prem & Cloud), Qlik, DAX, SQL, and MS Excel, with a proven ability to translate data into actionable insights.

This role requires close collaboration with management, IT teams, and external vendors to develop dashboards across multiple systems and support the organization's data-driven transformation strategy.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop new dashboards and insights based on business and management requirements.
• Enhance and optimize existing dashboards for performance and usability.
• Research and implement new visualization techniques to improve data storytelling.
• Analyze complex datasets as directed by management and present findings via dashboards.
