CACI has an excellent opportunity for an experienced, self-directed, Senior Cybersecurity Engineer. This position is in support of a Department of Defense (DoD) organization, US AREUR-AF located OCONUS in Wiesbaden, Germany. This position is required to travel OCONUS. Positions are available in Germany (Wiesbaden, Grafenwoehr), Belgium, Bulgaria, Kosovo, and Romania. The position is located OCONUS.
Responsibilities:
The successful Cybersecurity Engineer candidate must be able to communicate clearly and succinctly both written and orally, and present products and ideas in a business-like manner. The candidate will be required to work in dynamic fast-paced environments that require team interaction and coordination of efforts. The candidate must be experienced in interfacing with both client managers and system users. The Cybersecurity Engineer will be competent in all areas of information systems security, including network, application, database, physical, web vulnerabilities and common security design flaws. They will possess a deep understanding of the DoD 8570.0 requirements and, Risk Management Framework processes. The Cybersecurity Engineer will develop, implement and enforce USAREUR-AF/MP/DoD regional or command unique IA policies and comply with ITMO established IA requirements for units connecting to the enterprise. The Cybersecurity Engineer will be responsible for working alongside the engineering team to evaluate technology for implementation into the enterprise and ensure it meets all Cyber Security standards. The Cyber Engineer will develop System Security Plans (SSPs) and other artifacts to ensure all systems are implemented securely. The Cybersecurity Engineer will act as the SME for future technology insertion and initiatives to include Commercial Solutions for Classified (CSfC), Zero Trust Architecture, Identity Credential and Access Management (ICAM), etc.
Qualifications:
Required:
- Currently hold an adjudicated Secret or Top-Secret Clearance with SCI and be able to maintain
- Professional certification that meets or exceeds DoD 8140 IAM III (CISSP, CISA, CRISC, GSLC, CCISO or equivalent)
- BA/BS + 10 years recent specialized cyber security experience
- Experience with DoD Risk Management Framework
- Extensive (8+ years) experience with engineering and implementing IT services in accordance with DoD Policies and Instructions, Security Technical Implementation Guides (STIGs), Security Requirements Guides (SRG), Best Business Practice, Vendor security guidance, Information Conditions (INFOCON), DoD Task Order and Combatant Command Policies.

We are looking for The Cybersecurity Engineer (CE) to be dedicated to the Schneider Electric Enterprise Network and Security Services team that provides lifecycle security services for customers.

Key Tasks:
The Cybersecurity Engineer has primary responsibility for technical execution / delivery of security
solutions to customers. While executing a Schneider Electric security solution, the CE will represent
Schneider Electric as a technical leader with the proficiency to implement technical security solutions.
Solutions will be composed of key elements that meet the customer needs. The CE will manage the
implementation of solutions, perform site visits to maintain the security solution, provide security training,
and consult on security matters when required. The CE will ensure that the security infrastructure required
to support Schneider Electric applications is in place. The CE may also function as a requirements
analyst and serve as the conduit between the customer and the Schneider Electric Delivery Organization.
The CE will be required to evaluate existing and new technologies to determine their applicability and
value for inclusion in the Schneider Electric security solutions, and communicate his or her thoughts to
the UAE Cybersecurity Operations Manager or the Global Cybersecurity Director.
- Work with the product manager or project sponsor to successfully implement the Schneider
Electric Security solutions and associated applications - Configuration of any approved host and network security solutions
- Configuration of Network Performance Monitoring and Management solutions
- Oversee any required modification or reconfiguration of network elements
- Manage installation and connectivity testing of the security solutions
- Lead application acceptance testing (from a security perspective)
- Develop and deliver end user training
- Develop and deliver technical documentation as required
- Technical research to meet security solution requirement
Credentials:
- 5+ years of experience in OT Industrial Control System
- 3+ years performing the installation and/or management of network-based firewalls, preferably
Cisco, Fortinet, Juniper or another top-tier product. - 3+ years performing network troubleshooting using sniffers and monitors.
- 3+ years performing the installation and/or management of network-based Intrusion Detection
products. - 3+ years advanced systems administration (Windows Active Directory)
- 3+ years of experience in implementing Host-based security technologies (Antivirus, Data
Leakage Prevention, Host IPS, Whitelisting) - 3+ years of experience in implementing system backup technologies
- Understanding of high-availability networking technologies
- Experience working in a mixed environment of both standard TCP/IP and nonstandard
networking protocols - Experience in developing, evaluating, implementing Security Policy and Procedures
- Experience with the Schneider Electric product line and Industries is desirable but not essential
- Experience with LAN, WAN and technologies
- Facilitation skills to lead requirements discovery workshops and project scope change
requirements - Analytical skills to critically evaluate the information gathered from multiple sources, reconcile
conflicts, decompose high-level information into details, abstract up from low-level information to
a more general understanding, distinguish presented user requests from the underlying true
needs, and distinguish solution ideas from requirements - Observational skills to validate data obtained via other techniques and expose new areas for
elicitation - Writing skills to communicate information effectively to customers, Project Managers, and
technical staff - Organizational skills to work with the vast array of information gathered during elicitation and
analysis to cope with rapidly changing information and be able to apply this - Interpersonal skills, to help negotiate customer priorities and to resolve conflicts among project
stakeholders
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree in a computer related field, plus one of the following certifications:
- Cisco Certified Network Associate Security (CCNA Security)
- Certified Information Systems Security Professional (CISSP)
- ISA99 or IC32-34 related OT certification
Competencies:
- Based in Oman
- Independent, self-sufficient, able to work alone without direct supervision.
- Capable of taking full responsibility for executing tasks, sometimes at remote locations.
- Confident in customer project environment.
- Able to show initiative, make quick decisions, and follow through to a conclusion.
- Travel required 50% or more during heavy project and services loads
