Job Title: Senior Salesforce Developer (Arabic/English)
Location: Muscat, Oman (on-site)

Employment Type: Full-time, Permanent

Relocation: Available for candidates willing to relocate to Oman Languages: Fluency in Arabic and English required

Experience: 3-5 years of professional Salesforce developmentAbout the role We are seeking a Senior Salesforce Developer to design, build, and optimize scalable Salesforce solutions that drive business impact. You will work closely with product owners and stakeholders to translate requirements into secure, high-performance implementations across Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and related platforms.

Key responsibilities

Design, develop, and maintain Apex classes, triggers, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and Flows
Implement and optimize solutions across Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Experience Cloud
Integrate Salesforce with external systems via REST/SOAP APIs and middleware (e.g., MuleSoft)
Model data effectively and apply Salesforce security/sharing best practices
Ensure code quality with unit tests, code reviews, and CI/CD (Salesforce DX, Git)
Monitor performance and governor limits; troubleshoot and resolve production issues
Manage environments and deployments across sandboxes to production
Collaborate with cross-functional teams in Agile ceremonies; produce clear documentation

Required qualifications

3-5 years of hands-on Salesforce development experience
Fluency in Arabic and English (written and spoken)
Strong expertise in Apex, LWC, SOQL/SOSL, Flows, and Salesforce configuration
Proven experience with Sales/Service/Experience Cloud implementations
API design and integrations (REST/SOAP); familiarity with OAuth and webhooks
CI/CD with SFDX and version control (Git); automated testing practices
Salesforce certifications: Platform Developer I (required); Platform Developer II (preferred)
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent practical experience

Based in Oman or willing to relocate within an agreed timeframe

• Lead the design and development of Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM solutions to meet business needs
• Configure and customize Dynamics 365 modules (Sales, Customer Service, Marketing, Field Service)
• Develop and optimize workflows, plugins, Power Automate flows, and custom applications
• Integrate Dynamics 365 CRM with other enterprise systems, ERP, and third-party applications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
• 5+ years of hands-on experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM (Customer Engagement)
• Strong proficiency in Power Platform, Power Automate, Power Apps, and Dataverse
• Expertise in customizing forms, entities, business rules, workflows, and security roles
• Proficiency in C#, JavaScript, .NET, and SQL Server
• Experience with REST/SOAP APIs and integrating Dynamics 365 with other enterprise systems
• Knowledge of Azure services (Logic Apps, Functions, DevOps) is a plus
• Familiarity with Agile (Scrum, SAFe) methodologies
• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
• Microsoft certifications in Dynamics 365 CRM or Power Platform are highly preferred

• Good knowledge of database servers especially DB2.
• Strong proficiency in the J2EE APIs, particularly Java-based application servers (IBM Web Sphere) with EJBs, servlets, and JSP.
• At least 1 year experience in custom UI development using IBM FileNet CE and PE APIs
