Requirements Education: - Bachelor's degree in CivilEngineering, Construction Management, or a related field (Master's degreepreferred).
- Certifications: - PMP, CCM, or equivalent professionalcertifications preferred.
- Experience: - Minimum 10-15 years in theconstruction industry with at least 5 years in plant construction or renewableenergy projects (wind/solar).
