Responsibilities- Demonstrate a high level of skill in planning Engineering, Procurement, Construction and Project Management projects using computer based planning and scheduling techniques.
- Focal Point for recommending training and development requirements for any subordinate planning personnel.
- Demonstrate Primavera Project Planning software operating expertise.
- Development of resource loaded schedules.
- Coordinate with purchasers concerning critical items of supply.
- Ability to provide and communicate critical path analysis and delay analysis.
- Identify and communicate design changes, scope changes and potential impacts and participate in the identification of mitigations.
- Participation in cash flow forecasts.
- Build strong positive relationships while providing the most recent information to facilitate decision-making.
- In charge of implementing modifications to provide a cost effective planning service within assigned budget constraints.
- Quality Assurance- Supervisor for working within the provisions and guidelines of the Quality Assurance system relevant to the BU, etc
- Demonstrate singular major project planning skills
- Proven ability to communicate effectively with others (verbally, written and meetings).
- Ability to apply Critical Path Method planning techniques to develop detail Engineering and Installation Project networks and schedules.
- Ability to apply Earned Value Management techniques to measure/status and monitor performance.
- Familiarity with the Project Management Body of Knowledge approach to Project Management techniques.
- Proven ability to negotiate, mediate and delegate as well as spearhead a team or participate as a team member.
- Safety – Supervisor for personal safety safe working practices for the BU, etc. comprehend and follow OH&S procedures.
- Comprehend and apply the HSE procedures to ensure safety of self and other workers in the workplace.
- Comprehend and apply the procedures forming the Quality Management System.
- Bachelor's Degree in Engineering or a relevant subject.

Key roles and accountabilities include:

- Analyze progress and delays using accurate measurement systems and recommend corrective actions like re-sequencing to meet milestones.
- Bachelor of Science in Engineering.
- Airport experience is essential.
- 10-15 years of postgraduate estimating experience.

Job Description
- Build overall plans and schedules for the execution phase of projects, provides plans and schedules for ad-hoc construction service requests, integrated maintenance plans.
- Responsible for work activity progress reporting and regular update of plans and schedules.
- Work in close co-operation with Company Engineering & Operations planning department, for engineering, construction, and CSU planning, inclusive reporting, Primavera P6 entry, SAP daily service entry, and Bi-weekly/Monthly reports submissions.
- Resource optimization / prioritization in conjunction with Project Engineers / Construction / Maintenance Co-coordinators(s).
- Early warning of plan delays and proposals for mitigation to Project Engineers / Construction / Maintenance Co-coordinators for resolution.
- Provide assistance in job preparation to Project Engineers.
Degree/Diploma (B.Sc. level) in Engineering Discipline (Mechanical Preferred).
Minimum of 5 years’ experience in project management of oil and gas facilities, Primavera Planning Software (P6), and SAP utilization in oil and gas projects.
Proficiency in the use of PCs, data management and planning software for oil & gas projects.
Experience with Primavera P6 planning is a must.
Shall have the ability and experience to build logic precedence networks, challenge the logic proposed by other disciplines in order to optimize project and maintenance planning.
Shall be able to build resource activity plans, including ongoing update, change control, progress reporting, etc.
