Job Description
- Formulate an event, CSR & sponsorship strategy at strategic, creative, and implementation levels. The key skill required is at the implementation level, with an ability to consider strategic and creative implications.
- Manage and create a calendar for internal and external events and sponsorships.
- Project manage all event, CSR, and sponsorship activities for BankDhofar.
- Ensure all work complies with guidelines. Develop a checklist to assist decision-making on whether to participate in tradeshows or events, speak at events, or sponsor activities (commercial or philanthropic).
- Organize annual and quarterly results events, including logistics for Board members.
- Oversee BankDhofar’s participation in festivals, creating a positive brand atmosphere and attractive stands.
- Propose, budget, and coordinate a BankDhofar mobile roadshow.
- Continually evaluate, measure, and document events and exhibitions, providing future recommendations.
- Seek new opportunities aligned with BankDhofar's brand strategy.
- Manage all event and sponsorship budgets, contributing to the annual departmental budget.
- Collaborate with the Head of Department to create KPIs for the team and establish quarterly deliverables for each employee.
- Ensure comprehensive backup of all completed projects for easy retrieval.
- Prepare weekly status reports on ongoing tasks, highlighting delays or issues for resolution.
- Develop and implement processes and procedures for events and sponsorships, with coordination from the Branding & Marketing Communications team.

- English: Very Good
- Arabic: Fluent / Excellent

Job Skills:
- Bachelor's Degree holder.
- 5+ years of experience in a similar role.
- Strong understanding of branding, marketing communications, and product marketing.
- Knowledge of the banking sector in Oman.
- Effective communication and presentation skills (oral and written).
- Planning and organizing skills.
- Self-motivated, initiative-taking, innovative, and dynamic.
- Analytical and strategic thinking skills.
- Ability to work well in a team.
- Passion for delivering excellent work for a reputable brand.
