.Prepare and maintain documentation for processes, configurations, and updates.
.Install and configure hardware devices, including PDTs, RFID printers, and networking equipment.

Qualifications & Skills
.Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, IT, Engineering, or a related field.
.1–3 years of experience in software deployment, application support, database management, and hardware support.
.Basic knowledge of SQL Server database linking.
.Familiarity with software patching, testing, and deployment cycles.
.Strong problem-solving abilities with the capacity to work independently.
