Role Description

Overview
Sr. Process Engineer shall manage all the Process Engineering activities including designing, implementing, and optimizing various processes related to oil production and produced water treatment.
Essential Job Functions- Develop and optimize process flow diagrams (PFDs) and piping and instrumentation diagrams (P&IDs) for oil and gas facilities.
- Identify opportunities for process improvement, efficiency enhancement, and cost reduction.
- Conduct simulations and modelling to optimize process parameters, equipment sizing, and performance.

Responsibilities- Lead the implementation of Process Safety policies, systems, and procedures for RPI & Plastic assets, considering lessons learned, best practices, and standards to ensure effective and efficient work.
- Develop project plans for process safety initiatives, including schedules, budgets, and resources.
- Ensure compliance with relevant regulations and industry standards.
