As a General Application Engineer, you will deliver flawless execution through involvement in pre-planning, job execution, and post-job analysis. This position works seamlessly together with the Service Delivery Coordinators and other resources across organizational boundaries to ensure all aspects and constraints of the applications are understood and have been considered.

As an Application Engineer, you will be responsible for:

• Work with the assigned Service Delivery Coordinator/Salesperson to understand the client's well construction or production objectives as well as the commercial terms for Baker Hughes

• Work together with all disciplines and stakeholders to ensure all aspects and constraints of the application and suggested products/services have been considered

• Design a job program, including risk mitigation plans and contingency plans, that can meet the client's objective(s), maximize revenue potential and ensure future job assignments for Baker Hughes
• Accurately document any calculations/simulations/plan revision and/or changes during the project cycles for visibility to dependent teams and audit purpose
• Provide on-demand support in accordance with product portfolio or on-call schedule for job execution
• Ensure timely incident management to enable fast customer issue resolution and cash collection
• Advise on product improvement opportunities for repetitive component/product failures
• Responsible for providing sales support and product application recommendations

Fuel your passion

To be successful in this role you will:

• Have a Bachelor's degree from an accredited university
• Have a minimum of 10 years of experience in Electrical Submersible Pumps (ESP) Design.
• Have demonstrated extensive expertise in ESP technologies and Artificial Lift solutions, including design, troubleshooting, and technical support.
• Proven ability to lead technical projects, coordinate with multidisciplinary teams, and communicate effectively with clients through professional oral and written presentations.
• In-depth understanding of sustainability principles and their application in product design, deployment, and operational practices.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to evaluate conditions and recommend optimal Artificial Lift systems.
• Proficiency in technical software related to ESP selection, simulation, monitoring and optimization
• Customer-focused professional with excellent interpersonal skills, fostering long-term client relationships.
• Proven ability to lead in equipment management and forecasting.
• Experienced in leading projects involving surface and subsurface artificial lift equipment.

• 8+ years of OAF Experience in Oracle Ebusiness Suite (R12.1.x & R12.2.x)

• Experience in customization OAF page Oracle EBS Purchasing modules

• Perform customization for implementation Projects. (Preferably R12.1.3 to R12.2.x)

• Design, development and Technical Advisory on OAF customizations for Rel 12.2.x

• Customization of OAF Oracle Standard pages , components and workflow/Interfaces

• Experience in Oracle Mobile Application Framework and ADF.

• Development of new OAF pages.

• Experienced in Development CEMLI and Developing coding standards w.r.t R12.2.x

• Excellent technical understanding of Oracle Purchasing modules

• Excellent communication skills
